Really need to sort the card only thing out it’s not lockdown anymore you are just inconveniencing people with no card on them that’s all, anywhere that is card only and cashless needs to be closed down or armed blagged at closing time in my honest opinion that’s all , not drinks are rubbish from here go over the road to Starbucks or Tim hortons , only thing worth having here is hot donuts

On my last day at work, I treated them to a couple of boxes of Krispy Kremes. They went down a treat. Everyone loved them and said how tasty they were. I wanted to give a special mention to Ashleigh who helped me choose them. She was working so hard, cleaning and sweeping etc and still served me with a big smile and friendly chat. She helped me get the best deal for the day and I was so grateful for that. Please let her know i have sent my thanks and appreciated her help.

Nathan the assistant manager at trafford park drive thru was amazing. So kind & helpful, from taking our order to serving us he is a true credit to the company. He is the most welcoming & kind individual and deserves more credit for how he represents the company. Will definitely be returning!

I have to commend the staff here, so polite and respectful even the manager at the time was great. We travelled a fair distance to claim our doughnuts not realising we were a few days early to claim them. The manager gave us some doughnuts on the house for our troubles when he really didn’t have to. Very kind and it’s the reason I keep going back. Thank you!

My son asked to go for doughnuts today, so we went to the trafford store. He is autistic and became a little overwhelmed when we first got there. We were served by the nicest lady called Josie, she gave us a discount, pleasantly surprised I asked why?. She replied ‘because I can see he is having a hard time’ she then offered to turn the music down to help put him at ease. This made our day, it means so much that she understood his needs and tried to help. My son was soon at ease enjoying his Krispy Kreme! I just wanted to give Josie the recognition she deserves well done and thank you Josie! ??

Me and my partner had gone to pick up a batch on the Wednesday just gone. Normally Krispy Kreme are our go to but this batch tasted like paint and fumes and ended up throwing 5/6 away. I did notice the strong smell of paint as we entered the building as work must of been being done but didn't think much of it. Normally great but not this time round!

Love the doughnuts from here. I happily trap twenty miles just to get them as they are so fresh and delicious.
It's fun and interesting to watch the doughnuts going through the icing process through the little windows, and if you're lucky, you have the opportunity to try a fresh original glaze doughnut, fresh from the oven!The staff were all super friendly and helpful with their recommendations.

I called for coffee after work, thought I’ll get a tray donuts for a family members birthday, as it was weekend and late evening, guy serving donuts asked 3 times, what I want, and had an attitude, guy who brought coffee very polite, coffee was like bath water absolutely the worse coffee I’ve had in my life. Will not use again
