I have ordered from here a number of times. I ordered a 16inc pizza today and the kids loved it. My favourite local takeaway. The delivery driver was kind and friendly too.

I ordered from La Scala Pizza tonight and it was spot on. Pizzas were cooked to perfection and plenty of toppings and cheese. Chips were hot and fresh and portion was huge. I have been ordering from here for just over year and is my go to place for pizzas. Delivery or collection I have always received good food and service from the friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Tonight we decided to order pizza from their website. We pre-ordered for 8pm, the money was taken from the account and at 8:30 the pizza didn't arrive. So we gave them a call and the guy told us that the driver was leaving in 10 minutes and still it's 9:32 pm and the pizza didn't arrive. We called them again and another guy answered and we told him we were still waiting for our pizza. He just went mad, saying that he didn't have any order from us, that they had a problem on their website so he gave us a number to contact for the refund. When my boyfriend told him why the other guy lied saying that the driver was coming, he just went mad again, shouting at him saying that my boyfriend didn't call before, that he didn't have any order from us. VERY RUDE!!!!!We will get our refund eventually but for sure not gonna order from this place anymore.

Didnt turn up with the order. No answer at the takeaway and according to google were closed. Very unhappy and wont be using this place again
We ordered on the just eat app and they cancelled the order and when we tried to order again they rang me and told me that they had been and tried to deliver the food. I have been sat in the front room of the house with the curtains open and haven't seen anyone come to the door and they are now asking me to pay be card instead of cash and I'm not sure they will deliver it at all so I would not recommend to anyone. Just had a call from just eat as I'm making this. They have black listed my address.

Poor service. Placed an order over the phone, struggled to understand the man as he could barely speak english and so placed a simple order. When I finally received my delivery late, 2 things were missing, I told the delivery man who told me to ring the takeaway. Rang the takeaway and the man was so rude and swore at me telling me I hadn't made the order. I confirmed that the conversation was recorded from my side as I was at work yet he denied it and swore at me and then hung up as apparently they were busy. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the food wasn't even nice. Won't ever be ordering from this place again. Vile service.
