The most ridiculous service I’ve ever experienced. Upon asking how long order will take after 40 min of wait lady on the till replied I have no clue. Absolutely horrendous, not recommended at all.

Zero stars would be too generous for this place! Worst service imaginable, if you want to pay and not get what you paid for, this is the place!! Ordered 2 x hazelnut hot chocolates and cornflake pie together only to get the pie straight away, then waited 15 mins for a cold hot chocolate with no hazelnuts or Ferrero Rocher (as described in the menu). The manager initially apologised only to come back with a sprinkle of pea nuts on the same hot chocolate! Well guess what I have a Peanut allergy! Luckily my wife noticed and told me before I tried it. After I raised the 2nd issue, she demeaned my complaint by "saying I don't know why you're complainning about such a SMALL issue" and proceeded to have a full blown argument infront of all the customers. The manager's attitude is SHOCKING! Clearly needs to work on her customer service skills. I hope you fix your allergy training and attitude before some gets badly hurt.

Placed an order on Deliveroo to collect from the store. We was told it would be ready by 7:20pm. It took an extra 40 mins after our order was supposedly ready to collect!!! Staff just chatting and when we asked how long they kept saying another 10 mins up until 8pm.

Standard basic dessert shop and nothing special.We ordered 1 milkshake and 1 scoop of ice cream and it took over 20 minutes to make which doesn’t make sense.We ordered some strawberries and chocolate for my daughter which was nearly £6 and an absolute ripoff. They gave around 4/5 strawberries cut in half with a small shot glass of melted chocolate.

I got waffle it was literally raw and disgusting didn’t put enough chocolate and toffee apple crumble was so bad couldn’t finish any of our dessert we called the manager and her behaviour was actually disgusting rather offering us new or paying us back bcoz we didn’t eat any of our dessert she was getting rude to us and as a manager she need to nice to her customers like who the hell who hired at the first place lol she literally left us hanging there didn’t even come back absolutely ridiculous behaviour and horrible customer service!

Worse service ever. Did not follow instructions via Uber eats. Rang up to ask about it, was waiting to speak to the manager for 5 mins and told they can't send me a replacement as they had no drivers. Was even told to call the store when making an order via Uber eats to make sure they are following what I want as a customer, such as any specific requests. What's the point of Uber eats then? They have a special instructions note page when ordering. Cookie dough just slathered in chocolate when I requested just a little. Would I order again no, would I recommend definitely not. I even sent a pic as requested on Instagram and they agreed they messed up but we're not even willing to rectify the issue such as a credit note etc as Uber don't do anything. No ownership at all for their errorEdit 31/10/23 - as anyone can see from the pic that isn't "a little more than I wanted" sauce, and I never requested any compensation or even a refund. All that was offered was a replacement and I had to collect it even though they can't follow simple instructions. Also why would you offer me a refund? Like I mentioned above Uber didn't do anything and you requested I go back to Uber to get a refund as I had ordered from there. So lying yet again.

dessert box and were extremely disappointed. The waffles were stale and broken up as though someone had literally mushed it with their fingers. The crepes and pancakes were cold and crispy. You could tell they were made a few hours prior and then thrown in to the box. The fruit was mushy and definitely not fresh.Upon ringing LDS Chorlton, they were extremely rude and not helpful. For £50, this is extremely unacceptable!Save your hard earned money and please visit other local vendors who cater well to their customers and meet expectations.EDIT: We also have pictures that were completely disregarded by the team. They showed us a picture of another dessert box made god knows when and completely ignored the picture we sent them. Completely denying fault. You cannot complain as they literally will argue in your face. And regardless, the food tasted absolutely stale.Furthermore, not once was a freebie or refund requested! All that was asked is if we could speak to a manager. Which in itself took 3 days to actually happen after being messed around by the team. This just shows how rude the team is. Completely undeserving of anyone’s money or attention.
