I love M&S food. I was shocked that they don't offer vegan hot chocolate in the cafe. It took forever to get an answer, then finally the hot choc mix has milk in it. Very busy but lots of seating. The staff came around very regularly to clear tables. The gravy for the Christmas toasties could have done with being thicker as it was quite watery but maybe that's just more to my taste. You can't really go too wrong with an m and s cafe.

Some of us still like a saucer for our cup. Can we be asked rather than just taking them away? Food good. Knocks spots off warrington m&s (by ikea).Dietary restrictions: Lack of food choices when restricted on diet front (not my choice)Also, as vege options go it's not great
