Beautiful cakes. Decent coffee and lovely food. The queues are always really long which is off putting but I suppose that’s because it’s so popular. It’s great value for money and very very good food.

Picked up a turkey toastie which is meant to come with a gravy dip. Got told by rude customer service assistant at the counter that they have ran out. Can't be helped but why not get enough in stock to sell with the rest of the toasties? Or why not make some? Staff member didn't offer any alternative and was actually quite abrupt in her manner. Not one smile or friendly face on any member of staff. Wouldn't go back. It is only a self serve canteen selling over priced processed items.

Overpriced, food not fully labelled properly, some incredients in small print on the back of packaging. To say this is a cancer hospital, how can they charge so much with the profits they make here

having spent two weeks going to The Christie’s Marks and Spencer’s coffee shop whilst the staff were pleasant the standard of hygiene was poor in-fact shockingly poor in the hour and half time I sat in the cafe area no one cleaned or cleared the tables, there was food rappers empty cups and dirty tables no one with a spray the sanitise the tables it’s disgraceful to see in a hospital environment shame on you M & S also what is wrong with people in general how hard is to put your rubbish in the bins provided, it feels hopeless.

Had a sausage bap ,the sausage was cold in the middle, so I took it back and told them, there answer was that impossible, so they gave me another one, had a bite hey presto the sausage was really cold in the middle, they said its impossible, I said cut the sausage and feel it , and then they brought me another, I said politely I don't want another you can have it ,they should have just cut the sausage and felt it but they wouldn't, will not be eating there AGAIN

Far too pricey. U can get the exact same pastry selection at greggs for a fraction of the price.

Most smooth coffee ever…. I visit this place quite often and I can say it is worth to pop up after shopping. Busy most of the times but in a nice way.

All tables dirty and young lady working was stood on her phone looking very bored, not great in a hospital environment

Didn’t take the tea bag out before the milk went in. Sacrilege.

It's usually so busy there's no chance of a seat but today we were in luck and we had a latte each. If we can strike lucky again we might step up to a brunch, lunch or even a delicious cake ? ?

One member of staff plus management were so rude to my daughter and I on our visit, will not be eating there again

Always arrive early for my appointments and love popping in for a coffee but one thing is putting me off.I understand and am glad they take hygiene so serious but the cleaning guy comes every time whilst I am sitting drinking eating and decides to start spraying my table and gestures I pick everything upFor goodness sake , at least wait until customers have left their tables.Spray went all over me this morning and my bag.Not happy about this at all.Bad manners it is.He does it every time ?

Paid £3-00 for a Large Coffee, which by Cup Size at other Coffee Establishments, would be a Small, prices far to high.....

At 8am a Danish pastry and coffee was needed. The Danish was warm and soft and the best I've had in a very long time!

A nice enough M&S Simply Food location located on Wilmslow Rd, serving Didsbury Village in Manchester. It is a fairly small store, as common with "Simply Food" branches, but they still had a fine selection of most items you would expect to find from a Marks and Spencer, although it is still minimal compared to their other stores, so if you're looking for something in particular, you might wish to head to nearby branches in either Stretford or Manchester city centre. The staff seemed friendly enough, although they did leave a warehouse cage, blocking part of the aisle, which was difficult to move to due to a lack of space, so it ended up blocking certain items that I wanted to buy. The Marks and Spencer app is available here, so you can scan and pay for items using your mobile device, which is handy, especially if you're looking to get in and out of the store quickly. There didn't appear to be any manned checkouts here - self-service only. This could be difficult for the elderly, so I was surprised that Marks and Spencer which is common with older shoppers did not have a manned checkout. 4* - A fairly good store apart from a couple of major flaws which hopefully will be reviewed.
