Very poor customer service. Ordered through Just Eat, waited 30 minutes to then call and say that they don't have the food that I already paid for. I asked the man to cancel because I would have to pay a cancellation fee when is not my fault and he VERY RUDE said that I have to call Just Eat. DISGUSTING treatment, I work in a restaurant and I know very well they could cancel. He just wasn't bothered. ???

I was so disappointed with this restaurant I ordered 5 jollof rice with chicken and beef for all of them and fried rice, I only received 4 jollof rice which was a bit burnt and when I called up to report it to them they told me I would have to order more to receive my order (definitely don’t order here they won’t respect you at the customer)

I despair for Nigerians...why we simply can't keep things good, can't be 'consistent' cant 'maintain', it's so terribly sad.This goes way beyond Marvel Kitchen. Every Nigerian restaurant, takeaway etc. be it in London or Manchester, wherever, the sad truth is it's almost like a curse "start of well and within a very shory space of time, fall terribly short.Worst of all we neither see nor care about our misgivings and failures. We simply "waka pass".

They are thieves honestly, on multiple occasions omitting items from my order from Uber eats or deliveroo and the woman from the restaurant I tried to complain to led me to write this review. They are giving a bad name to Nigeria and Africa.

Ordered jolof rice with chicken and plantain for £10. Got the smallest piece of dried up chicken drumstick and box full of rice. Only plantain was nice
So I spent £40 and recieved this measly amount of food, even better, it's not what I ordered. Nobody picks up the phone either. I'm embarrassed for whoever runs this business because it can't even fulfill its basic purpose. Why are you even bothering?
