Barton Dock Rd and Urmston Retail Park franchises, both Inconsistency in service and food quality. There's always a problem. Satisfying online orders for lazy customers come first. Visiting customers are Ignored at the drive thru speaker for 5 mins, another car pulls up alongside to the next speaker, they get served first. You drive to the first order window, staff are stroppy. The interaction between customer and staff has, is being replaced by electronic apps, The staff are clueless, no personal skills. Unnaceptable especially when there's no car queues, customers asked to wait at the FF window and then 10 mins later handed bagged slopped together, burnt, stale cold food with missing drink! Yes, I believe they do it on purpose, it's their way of having fun. No paper receipt in the bag either, have to keep on asking for the receipt. Only to get dirty looks from staff. Mcdonalds has no pride or quality about it any more. It's all about how much mass produced unhealthy rubbish can they serve in a day. You daren't drive back through as they have traffic cameras limiting time on the facility owned by a greedy land owner ready to fleece you for overstaying for an extra minute!! Scandalous !!

My recent visit to this McDonald's left me utterly disappointed. While I understand that coffee may not be their primary focus, the quality I experienced here was unacceptable. Typically, I find McDonald's coffee to be passable, but the one I received on this occasion was undrinkable. Despite the simplicity of their automated machine, just pressing a button, the coffee was so repulsive that I couldn't even finish a few sips. It's a level of disgust I've never encountered before with coffee.

This is the cleanest mc Donald I ever seen in Manchester. All the chair and table are so clean that I no need to clean them by wet wipe which so normal do it by myself. I can see a staff keep cleaning non stop.

Customer service wasn't great this morning. I came in just before breakfast. Staff ignored me for a good ten min. At first, I thought, 'they're busy', but after ten min of waiting with no other customers or acknowledgement, I took my buisness elsewhere.Working in a restaurant pror to this, good customer service is at least acknowledging someone is there, especially when you have such an open kitchen. I wouldn't have minded the wait if someone had at least said, 'we won't be a moment'.

I ALWAYS use this McDonald’s to order. They’ve never missed items , and always put sauces and straws in the bag (which no other McDonald’s seems to do) they’re amazing and have never once messed up my order , never order from any other branch ?
