Only used the drive through. Had 2× 20 nuggets and a big mac meal. 2 milk shakes. All ok not great and when we got home the big mac burger waz missing. Too far to return to the shop and no receipt so didnt habmve the phone number. It waznt busy but service still slow and incomplete. ?

The Drive in staff are unaware of what is on the MacDonalds menu and struggled to understand the requested basic menu items. Even after being directed to the window to order face to face, they still managed to get the order wrong. This was at a very quiet time when there were no other people waiting to order. I speak English as my first language and ordered in English, but was still misunderstood, even though I was ordering off the menu with no alterations. A very poor performance. Also in terms of food quality, The Mac chicken sandwich was absolutely terrible. over cooked,cold, Dry as a bone, with the tiniest spot of mayo possible. The cheese burger was cold. The strawberry milkshakes were unmixed. My advice, if you have to use this branch of MacDonalds, would be to avoid the drive in and order directly in the store, and check several times that the staff have understood your order.

Just been to the drive through and they've got my order wrong.
i’ve been going to macdonalds my whole life. and all of a sudden this new worker has arrived and won’t stop harassing school kids and customers. i have sat there minding my business and he stereotyped me into being a trouble maker and tried to kick me out. he said that they were closing early and only taking eat out even though it was 3:30pm. he had also picked up a dirty broom and proceeded to clean my table with it. I have no problem with being told to pick up rubbish as that is basic manners however getting kicked out for just sitting there and trying to eat my food might be taking a bit far. i hope this issue will be resolved so i can continue having a good time in my local mac donald’s.

My Chicken BigMac was basically a glorified Chicken Mayo, there were no BigMac layers in there ? chips were cold but nuggets fine. Service at drive thru voice and card machine was dire, he was awful.

Hit n miss. I'm sure staff try their best but half of the time my order is incorrect. They will correct it if I go back but that's not always convenient and don't always get an apology. Fries are never filled to the top and are bot the freshest, but hey, it's fast food!

Used to be a fast food place not anymore waiting times a joke for a simple kids meal, this is all because of the uber eats etc....Parking: Nowhere to part due to all the energy driving taking the places and even the waiting for drive threw food. Joke

Constantly get the wrong order. They are on the way home from daughters swim lesson so we are desperate. If you order something without pickle they will just pick it off and serve you a cold burger that’s been sat out for hours. Moody staff and half filled drinks.
