Poor quality food at over inflated prices, this company used to be fast food at fair price nobody minds paying £4 for a burger but its now £6-7 the breads seems to have gotten stale and the patties are definitely thinner ,bland &boring perhaps they should concentrate on breakfast that's still worth the money ,never again will I purchase a lunch or evening meal ???????????

Everytime we order from here something is missing and there is always a problem with the food. We’ve received gone off milkshakes to the point I spat it out and it was bright pink. We get cold food everytime and they always seem to leave a drink out of the order. One of the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Just threw the food in the bin what a waste

Was left at the order point on drive thru for 5 mins they took order of car in front and car that arrived 5 mins after me on same order point as last driver. Was so annoyed left without ordering as was in rush to get to work. Disgraceful

Wow what a shambles. Extremely slow service and I mean 20 mins plus lost track of time after that. Cold food. Supervisor really didn't care and looked miserable. Bring back counter service at least then the person who took your order was responsible. So many angry people waiting orders incomplete and wrong ?
