Only been here a handful of times but the food is always good and Phil, the gentleman who looks after the shop floor is amazing. They are always singing and interacting with the children and my kids love it. He can’t do enough to help people when they are there.

This time, the chips were warm but stale and the dip that I was asked if I wanted wasn't put in. When I went inside to politely inform the staff, the manager was very professional, apologised and got me fresh fries along with making them large.✨The burger and nuggets were nice and hot ✨?Thank you very much.

I can't think of a time that I've ever been to this store and got decent food. Not only do they not ever have milkshakes, frappes or mcflurries but the food is inedible. So today's order (last one) was a burnt, stale quarter, couldn't eat it so offered the 'meat' to my dog (who will eat anything) and even he turned away from it. Safe to say I'll be going to the next closest maccys from now on, seriously needs new management!

When ordering, I chose the option of eating there and having it delivered to the table. The gentleman brought our order in a takeaway bag. I said it was supposed to be eaten on site, not taken away. I asked for a tray and he brought it without paper and covered in grease stains. The food is like in any McDonald's, but the service is poor.
