Food was as expected but being charged £50 for parking in the customer car park was a bit of a kicker!! The parking enforcement is extremely biased towards fleecing customers of their hard earned cash. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

I used their toilet today and not happy. The toilet seats were dirty and broken. The soap containers were missing and alternative was a bottle diluted soap with water.Giving a star for Air dryer at least something is available and working.The toilet door lock was not working so no privacy in there.Please sort these stuff so people can bring their families and also good for your business

Ordered at the counter , took about 20 minutes to get our food even though the place was empty and about 4 cars waiting in drive thru, fries ok, burger terrible, must have been a burger cut with a razor blade and then served two paper thin slices of it ( which were cold) and probably cooked about an hour earlier as dry as a bone. Total waste of money, rarely use McDonalds and this experience confirmed why, never again !!

Don't ever order from this restaurant ever again all the time I have ordered from this Mcdonald all the time they send my order with missing items. Please never order from them

The only thing I would say is that the food was great, but the online system of ordering in store creates a none communication atmosphere, the only comments made to me by the 2 staff were, number 245 and enjoy.

My partner and I ordered online via the McDonald’s app tonight and were severely disappointed with what we were given. We ordered a Big Mac meal. a Big Tasty meal and a Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap (for another household member). We received the Big Tasty, the Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. The Big Mac had not been sent. We then decided to call the restaurant to enquire as to why our Big Mac had not been sent, and the person on the other line was in no way whatsoever apologetic. He told my partner - and I quote - “Well I bagged that order and I can tell you for a fact the Big Mac was in there”. Disgustingly cocky attitude from somebody who has made a mistake. The bags were still sealed upon arrival so there is no way the Big Mac was removed during delivery. The cherry on top is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. In the past my partner has ordered a Chicken Big Mac meal and the Big Mac had also been forgotten. Such a simple job and yet so many mistakes coming from the same restaurant. Staff are evidently cocky and careless. By far the worst McDonald’s restaurant in Manchester. Will not be ordering from there again and if you wish to avoid disappointment I recommend trying a different McDonald’s restaurant.
