Just spent £20 on our tea/dinner. EVERYTHING is stone cold. Big Mac was clearly thrown in the box and not made/handled with any care. Hamburger was almost folded in half in the wrapper. Both portions of chips stale and cold. Such a shame McDonald's let people like this ruin their brand. Staff clearly don't care for the customers or food clearly by what they charge customers and expect that quality of food to be eaten. Only reason for not going back was on way to airport. This place is a joke

The service is horrible. I choose table service, but the staff person comes to my table and says that my order is ready and I have to collect it. That's alright, it's not a big problem. The actual problem was, that the order wasn't full. They forgot to put some stuff in it. And all the tables was dirty.
