There was nobody on the front counter, all were in the back sorting drive thrush and uber/deliveroo.Food is rarely hot but if its cold they will change it.Grandkids love playing on the tablets but only 2 out of 4 aren't working, 1 is completely missing.

What a joke this place has became. Every time I mean EVERY TIME!!!! We have issues with food. The food looks like has been pulled out of buldogs mouth!!! Only few chips in the bag and in small drink for my 2 year old was that much ice that once taken out he had less then half cup of sprite. I am so done with Radcliffe mcDonald that I want to take this further. This is A False ADVERTISING!!! EASY TO PUT PRICE UP?? BUT NOT EASY TO KEEP FOOD EDEABLE????I even gave them chips bag back and still got half a paper bag of chips in already small pack!!! What is this??!! I took pictures I have receipt. Joke!!!If you have staff that can't be arsed doing their job send them home!!!!!! Ridiculous this place!!!!! This place don't even deserve 1 star.

Disappointing every visit. If it wasn't for the kids wanted McDonald's, I wouldn't visit ever again. The food generally tastes good, but the presentation looks nothing like the pictures. The service is shocking, slow and often the wrong/incomplete order received. We go via the drive through only to have to park up and wait. Then if they remember to bring your order, it generally involves going back into the counter to ask for missing items. Fast food it is not!! Better service is offered to the different delivery services, customers making the visit themselves - good luck!Oh, apologies are meaningless unless backed up with a voucher against a future order and a visible change in food presentation and service going forward. We should be so lucky!
