As I walked in I was greeted by two middle aged lady's each with a sour face not even a smile. Once I ordered my meal I was waiting a good 10 minutes for it even though it said on screen ready to collect, the whole time the lady's never moved an stood eye balling every customer! Once my meal arrived the fries were cold the coke was carbonated water an my quarter pounder had gurking was tough an hard to eat! I would of taken it back but my lift was leaving... Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 46 years disgusted please avoid

So Frustrating that my local McDonald's happens to be the worst. Every time I visit it takes so long to get my order. I'm currently stood waiting and have been for 25 minutes. I have been here previous and it's been over 45 minutes. It's terrible service and none of the staff care. All I hear every time I'm here are complaints of how long it takes

Not the 1st or 2nd time maybe I have learnt my lesson. waited at drive through for ages drove to window was told to go back round clearly placed my order after waiting again way to long paid got home and none of the order was right the hash browns were freezing my muffin was rock solid with 1 piece of cold bacon on it that apparently was my double sausage and egg muffin remove egg add bacon meal none of the hash browns were in their paper so clearly been thrown in the bag im seriously not happy and will.send photos to head office

I’ve been putting off a bad review as it’s not normally something I would do. This McDonald’s is hands down the worst I’ve ever been too. It doesn’t matter whether I order for delivery or go the drive thru. They always mess up the order, the staff are rude and it’s a waste of time having to constantly dispute missing items.

Without doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever tried to eat, probably the worst food I've ever eaten. Difficult to know how they can make it taste so bad, Stinks of chemicals so probably use the buns for cleaning the toilets with. Don't waste your money here, you will live to regret it, or maybe not even live, but die from it

It’s like any other McD’s garbage food and service to go with it, what do you expect. It’s a quick fix for food only but doubt I would return here, incompetence at a higher level at this one

I got home to find there was a missing burger and then when I phoned and asked for a refund on my burger they put the phone down on me there so rude
