Consistenly miss items off orders. I don't remember a time that I ordered online and got a complete order. How difficult can it be to check what they're sending?

Now, I dislike McBowels. You know what to expect, cold, tasteless foot that looks like it's been battered. Even my 10yo son comments that the burgers look like they've been punched multiple times.This place though, this McDonald's was on another level.It was clean and tidy on entry, it wasn't busy, there was a play area! Great start.Ordered on the app, a short time later the food was delivered, very politely. My son joked about the burger, then opened it. I have NEVER seen a burger from McDonald's that looks anything like the picture, and this looked like it had been taken straight out of an advert. It was pristine, and piping hot!The whole order was correct, which is so rare these days. Everything looks like it should! Everything was the right temperature. We were shook. I'm still not a fan of the food, but that particular location was fantastic.

I was the only one at the counter put my order in and had to wait 10 minutes while they served all the druve through orders then I got my coffee cold I wanted it hot my double bacon and egg was definitely not double and was only warm terrible terrible service if the Manager stopped flirting with the girl with the false eyelashes and Concentrated on customer service I'm sure it would have been OK

This place is ridiculous, they are unable to process an order properly, sauces and dips are always missing, so be prepared you might not get half of the stuff you

THIS IS THE FIRST MCDONALDS TO ACTUALLY HET THE VANILLA MILKSHAKE RIGHT IM SO HAPPY WOULD
Ordered on just eat. Two hours waiting for delivery is a joke. It eventually turned up and was freezing cold and drinks spilled all over the bag. Will not order

Had an order issue, not caused by staff and it was delt with straight away. Very helpful staff and manager.

Lovely happy staff, friendly and helpful lady cleaned my table when I finished my food. This is the high-end level of work you would get to see in a high-end restaurant. Good on her.Kid-friendliness: Nice to see a good size indoor playground for kids.
