Absolutely shocking service by one of your employees (short blonde hair) extremely rude. First of all ignoring me standing There whilst her and another employee tried multiple times to get her employee code to work on the till I had to ask if I could collect the cookie I'm waiting for. But then the cookie i ordered looked absolutely rubbish and when I shared that I wasn't too happy with it there was 0 apology. I was just told if I wasn't happy I could go somewhere else. Who ever made this clearly can't do it properly as they look nothing like the ones in display.

Priya was the woman who served me with a smile on her face which is much appreciated. Gave great customer service and was really kind. Even went to the oven to get me a better cookie with more choc chips in it.
