I was at Morgans Bar on 23.09.23 for DJ Joe Claussell and I had a brilliant time there. The staff are friendly and work fast in peak times at the bar. All the beers I bought were great value prices. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

Someone chose this place for my surprise 60th birthday party, Its a 5 min walk from my home I've never been here before and never want to ever again, it's a run down wild west saloon bar with no atmosphere the staff are not one bit helpful.

Attended Funeral Celebration of life. Rude ignorant car park attendant was so rude to Funeral staff telling them to Park Hearst on the road with mourning family in...he has no customer service ? whatsoever. This place is rundown and needs full refurb. The pictures on trip advisor show a dressed room that is not the case. Sort your staff out!!!

We went there for an Aquarius link up, the party was nice, but the venue needs a lick of paint and more bar staff, the bar was ridiculous and a very long wait to be served, only 2 /3 people were working the bar and it left a lot of people frustrated ? we came from London and was not happy with the service or the unprofessional behavior of the young girl behind the bar with glasses and blonde hair..she was definitely out of her depth and in my opinion needs to be retrained on how to deal with large crowds of people waiting to be served and when I question her of why she wanted to serve a person that was standing BEHIND me, she then started saying I had an attitude and she never seen me waiting there...BUT SHE IS WEARING GLASSES. And then started waving her hands in the air turned her back and walked off and never serve me. HOW RUDE
