Yapi Market

A major retail chain providing everything I need for food, drink and household supplies. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Recent reorganisation if store layout is a good improvement.

Surprised by how nice it was to shop here. Clean, organised and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend for 'fish fridays' and 'steak saturdays' as you can get some good deals on quality produce.

It can be a little busy and some of the items have short expiry dates. But there are a few bargains to be found if you look around 3 frozen meals for £6 for example.

Liked the wobbly veg and fruit good prices

Self checkouts suck and barely work.Update: half the checkouts are out most of the time, causing delays and frustration.

I've just been in and saw that they have removed most of the checkout tills and replaced them with self checkout machines ???? will be limiting my visits from now on. I can't stand these things ???

Possibly the worst cafe experience I have had! The tea pots had grime in them. After changing to a third pot I managed to get one clean. After finding a clean tea pot and then had to search for a tea cup what didn’t have tea stains in them. The knifes and falls were also dirty and had to search for clean ones. There was a black hair stuck to my fried bread. While it was all going on I had two employees shouting across from each other (one which was in the till point. The second which was eating in the cafe) about asking for items etc. With the cleanliness and the staff shouting across to each other. I left the majority of my food.

Unfortunately this store is going like the rest , majority self serve check outs. Morrisons target market is elderly people who like the personal touch,Unfortunately they are no longer being taken into consideration. Booths had the right idea scraping most self serv and give that personal touch, the majority of us still want.
