Breakfast and food is still cheaper at Wetherspoons Eccles cross than Morrisons with no refills coffees. Food is expensive, Service is boring and atmosphere is Morrisons.

What can I say - trays on tables with used items, tables unclean and service paltry. Food is cold and looks overdone and some of the food that the menu advertises is not available! The brews are even cold!

My partner and myself waited nearly an hour for 2 breakfasts, when they finally arrived, my partners breakfast was not what he had ordered, mine was freezing cold. The booth was dirty, clearly not been cleaned between customers. Very disappointed.

Tasteless and soggy fries, tasteless food in general , didn’t bring everything I ordered and not worth the money at all, my 2 year old has cooked better meals than

Never visited this one before was on route home from trip to an Italy. Always liked a Morrisons cafe. But this one was a terrible experience. Had to wait 1 hour for food to arrive and items missing. Staff looked clueless and loss. Manager was the chef and there was just no organisation. Staff were very apologetic due to long term sick for staff but just didn’t seem to have a system in place and was very chaotic. Staff standing around no idea what to do. Giving away refunds and lots of complaints was awful. Either get more staff or train your staff to their strengths.

Breakfast took 50 minutes to come and didn't get and knifes and folk for about another 10 minutes all of the staff are running round crazy and they're still taking orders when the cafe is full

Honestly, it was excellent breakfast. The frinks were very impressive, there was a guy there just to make drinks, very impressed. The food was perfect also, good quality and tasty and all for an amazing price. Will definitely be returning!

Dirty tables and floors, terrible quality food. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

I have to say that the vegetarian breakfast was really good. Having the smashed avocado on it was a lovely addition that I put on the toast with the fried egg. I was really impressed that the fried egg still had a runny yoke as well, so I was really happy with it. It did look like the toast could be a bit hit and miss for if it's well done (black) or a bit anaemic (pale looking) but we just swapped so we each had what we preferred. The only thing I would say is that the price of the breakfast used to include a standard hot drink, and it no longer does AND the price has gone up, so it does come out a bit pricier than anticipated and not as cheap as you might expect for a supermarket cafe, but the food was really lovely so can't fault that. The table was quite sticky as well, but with it being school holidays they were quite busy!

You can always find the most unwelcoming staff members in Morrison don't you? Went to this seafood section and wanted to pick a seabass. Got told off by the staff WE ARE NOT OPENED YET! It's fine but you don't need to stress the time and give me a face.Politeness could be mutual you don't have to treat customers like that. Simple thing if you don't want to talk to your customers: put a sign in your section with the opening time!Let's alone it's not my first time to experience horrible people especially in the morning. Morrison you could do better on customer service.

Poor service! Went there on a sunday afternoon, not too much customers but most of the unoccupied tables were not cleaned. I cleaned up a table and my boys sat down, while I went out to place order. The lady told me it was too busy in the kitchen, she would take order again in 20 minites. So we went to the Morrison to shopping and came back in 20 minutes. Saw people were disappointed and just noticed it would be another 20 minutes for waiting, as there was only 1 staff working in the kitchen. Have to go somewhere else to have my food. Doesnt know why they have only 1 staff working in the kitchen in a sunday lunch time. If you are doing promotion to attract more customers, why not have more staff to work in the cafe, especially in the dining time?

I went to morrisons today for there gluten-free breakfast. They had one card saying the price £5.94 they had another card saying £5.96 i was actually charged £5.99 because they have no button for gluten-free breakfast so they used the full breakfast button. So when it arrived what did I get, a full breakfast. The staff need training on what gluten-free and what's not.
