Very busy, we didn't book, so we had to wait. We enjoyed the food.Vegetarian options: I had corn on the cob, chips, and garlic bread. Delicious ?

Table was untidy...

Oddly, it doesn't really feel like a Nando's. It's one large, open space. More like a school cafeteria. No separation or zoning. Just feels a bit vast! The food and service were definitely 100% Nando's! All spot on. Staff were having to manage a huge influx of customers all at once and they did so with patience and efficiency.Loads of free parking which is handy. Great for a quick bite if you're nearby or using the other facilities at Beyond.

One of the worst Nando's locations I've ever visited. Customer service was poor all round and won't be visiting

Expensive, wasn't busy but good took ages to come....so disappointed..tiny Bottle of beer £4.75..saw my chicken sat under hot light for at least 15 minutes before our food came to table. Staff sat front of house chatting. Poor experience and expensive. Never again...

Meat ready at least 15 mins before chips. One girl run off her feet bringing out food. Two making themselves look busy but not even asking customers if their meal was ok . Then eventually when they did just telling customers they are really sorry.

Good food and great service by Kirsty. The best service I have ever had at a Nando's.

This is a good Nando's location, it is located as part of the Chill Factor BEYOND Adventure Park. This makes it an ideal place to grab food before or after skiing, or if you're hungry while in the area and want to avoid their location inside The Trafford Centre which always seems insanely busy. The interior is pleasant and clean. there is a good number of large booths which would be suitable for groups of at least six people. Despite dining on a Saturday, I was happy that my group of three was able to use one. The staff are friendly and the usual Nando's allergen protocols are followed with managers taking the allergen orders at the till, rather than scanning the QR code on the table. General staff members were aware of this and able to explain this including the basic concept and where to find everything (Sauces, Drinks, Cutterly etc). Sadly, due to Nando's switching their mayonnaise to a vegan alternative (Even though they are a meat restaurant!), I had to bring my own.I ordered a medium spiced Chicken Butterfly with Peri Chips and Spicy Rice. The cost of this meal has gone up a lot over the years. As of August 2023, it came to £14.20 which is a little pricey for the nature of the restaurant.I ordered water to drink. I was annoyed to be given a smaller glass, which meant I had to make more trips to the water fountain which would pour out the water at the slowest speed. My food was pretty good, the chicken had a nice amount of sauce and the chips were salted well. The other members of my party shared my feelings. One of the better Nando's locations in the area with good standards of food and service. I would return. 4*

Staff were extremely helpful and polite and the food was just as good as any other Nandos.
