Terrible service, completely empty when we visited - yet staff stood around chatting doing nothing. Once we had ordered, no glasses were brought over despite around 8 staff members stood around doing nothing. Food was delicious and came very fast, however the food came before the glasses did, we had to ask for multiple missing items from our order. Staff member who brought the food over had very long hair which she kept swishing around near the food collection area - felt very unhygienic. Most cutlery and glasses were dirty.Despite this, staff were lovely on arrival and when leaving, and accommodating throughout when issues were brought up to them.

Omg slay xx thanks for serving us when we got in quite late just pickrd up one of my mum's from the airport and it was SO nice I loved it love the staff love the vegan option I'm really sorry but just going to admit that once I stole one of those salt shakers that look like an egg and the chicken stick but I can't help it I love stealing xx I'm sure it's easily replaced love you Nandos xx

Service is terrible, busy or quiet you have to wait ages for your food. Lots of people walking around doing nothing whilst there is food sitting under the lights waiting to be taken to the table. Only Nando’s I have ever had an issue in…this store lets the franchise down!

The least you expect when going out for dinner is having cutlery. Me and two friends went in for dinner before the cinema. We noticed straight away whilst grabbing sauces, napkins etc that there were no forks. We asked a member of staff who said they would be out soon. We waited and by this post our food had arrived. We asked another member of staff who said that the forks were coming. Waited for 5 minutes still no forks with our food going cold. I had to open the door into the kitchen to ask for forks and was told they were being washed. All in all we had to ask about 5 members of staff for some forks, all of which were not very apologetic and looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there.

wow, delicious, and with Portuguese music in the mix.Just gets a tad too busy, and you often have to wait to get seated. But worth it.Update: February 2024This time I decided to pay and take-out.I waited 40mins, and while I waited two ladies (next to me) ordered online. They received their order 15mins later.I asked a gent and he replied "wait and we will shout your number." Yet nobody shouted any numbers, nor are there any sign system like Argos.I asked again 10mins later - It was placed in a under counter cupboard.Upon opening outside, I bit into the wrap to find it was luke warm, and the chips cold.While the atmosphere is good, the service is awful.Won't go back again!

It’s such a shame that this place is so bad as we used to love coming here. The service is now so bad; full of student employees that don’t care less about customer service. Food always takes at least 40 minutes to arrive after ordering - not fast food! How long does it take to grill pre-cooked chicken?There is always a mix up with our order and we always have to chase the bottomless glasses because they are never brought to our table. This time, there was no dressing for my salad, the garlic bread was cold and we had to ask for glasses and where half our order was! I have given this place so many chances. It doesn’t improve so sadly, I won’t be back.

Food was cold, service was so slow it might as well have stopped, staff seem so miserable and clueless. They need serious training on customer service skills, if you don’t want to be there then simply leave!
