The repeated inquiries from the waiter regarding the payment for the cold drinks were embarrassing and unnecessary. To add to the disappointment, the dessert that I had ordered never arrived, leaving me to repeatedly seek assistance from the waiter to inquire about its whereabouts. This experience has left me with a deep sense of regret for choosing to dine at this establishment.

This is my go to place when we visit the Trafford Centre in Manchester. Always long queues approx 45mins but tye food is normally amazing. The staff here are some of the best l have encountered at any branch of Nando's. If there is ever an issue with the food they rectify it promptly. I have used this branch over the past decade. I love the array of sauces and the aroma of the chicken is divine. Toilets could be better but not that bad. Some people lecce rubbish and nappies on the floor which is gross. I would recommend this establishment to others as although it isn't cheap it is lovely if you like grilled chicken. I absolutely ? ♥️ love the wild herb sauce.

Consistently great food. I visited with my family and ordered the full platter. I didnt take any pictures as the food arrived after quite a long wait and we were hungry.

Where were the managers? Why are there not enough tables to seat 5 people. We queued for 1hr 30 minutes and another 30 minutes before our food arrived which was cold. People in the queue for 4 people were going in and we noticed more of their party following them in and sitting with them in the booths so in essence jumping the queues. No one checks that these people are jumping because there isn't a table ordering service anymore. They do as they like and no rules apply. At least tell people how long the wait is, rather than have them wait for 1hr 30 with no where to sit. My back was aching. There was no communication for the customers in the largest queue and the queue jumping was ignored. I appreciate your busy but how is this fair. Disgusting customer service. Kids were exhausted.

Not bad a 10-15 min wait for a table for 2. Made a order using the QR code on the table and I wouldn't recommend doing it again. Really wasn't too busy but It took 25- 30 mins for food to be brought which was after we asked a waiter could they check how long our food was going to be ?

Higher heirachy are not very polite with the floor staff, having numerous little issues with time and cold food, the staff seem to be far more expertise in customer service issues, and far more organised than the people “in charge” who seem happy not sorting issues out hanging about like wet lettuces, with little involvement. Cold food, time delays, and frazzled young people trying to do there best. The floor staff are hard working and seem to have to deal the brunt of customer complaints.

Waited 35 minutes for food, and also where we sat was quite chilly as we were near the doors.. when I went to query it, a lovely and really helpful young lady not only apologised, she chased up our food and found us a really warmer place to sit, I give this lady 10 stars for Customer Service skills, she should he running the place!! Every other staff member had Christmas hats on but with really miserable faces or just miserable faces.. I know Customer Service isn’t easy and especially at Christmas time but she shone above and beyond.. Thank You Princess? .. When food eventually came my daughters chicken was cold.. We spoke to a gentleman named Luke who got us some more chicken but unfortunately it was in a hot marinade so my daughter couldn’t eat it. . But thanks for the effort otherwise .. Other than Princess, really this place unfortunately needs a shake up .

Ripe old age of 50 and my first ever trip to Nando’s - can say never again chicken was cold wrong coleslaw given …… at least the chips were hot. Won’t be returning after wanting to see what all the hype was about and well I just don’t get it

Went to do some Christmas shopping at the Trafford Centre with my partner and thought since we were there we’d have dinner. Decided on Nando’s because let’s be honest why wouldn’t you. Queued up at the door for what we thought would be a while but actually moved relatively quickly and before we knew it we were in. We were asked if had been before and knew the score with ordering and were shown to a table for which if I’m honest was a bit cramped so after ordering again handled excellently by our server my partner asked if we could move to a more spacious table which was facilitated for us no problem. Our starters arrived at our new table no problems however, and this is where things get slightly disappointing, the mains took for what seemed forever to arrive. Once this reached the attention of the manager Lisha (sorry if I’ve spelt wrong) who was lovely. She quickly made sure that we were furnished with freshly prepared main as due to a breakdown in communication our mains had been taken to our original table and the occupants had eaten it. Lisha informed us she’d only been there a week and was doing her best to tighten things up she apologised profusely for the wait and furnished my partner and I with vouchers for money off our next visit. The mains arrived and were as predicted absolutely delicious and true to Nandos form. The five stars on this review despite our experience are for the excellent customer service delivered by the manager during what was clearly a busy service with staff under a bit of pressure as well as great food and being reallocated a table regardless of it being very busy. we’ll definitely be back. Thank you ?

Poor service at this branch. No welcome and no goodbye. Didn't clear our dinner plates and we ate dessert with them sat right there. Forgot our ice cream. Sent back the plates to put ice cream on. Waitress returned with half of the original dessert. 'What happened?' 'My manager said I gave you too much,' she replied. So, I guess they will be serving the dessert I sat with to someone else!!! Unbelievable. However, my sunset burger was delightful. Next time I choose Nando's I will not choose the Trafford Centre branch.

I have visited this nandos In Trafford centre about 30+ times because it's halal, convenient when you are there and my kids love the food. And generally the food and atmosphere is great, however it is always busy and the wait times can be long.The food and service is always great and the staff are helpful.We usually ask for children's crayons but they aren't always available, especially recent visits in multiple towns.Sometimes staff don't clean well, especially the child seats and the toilets which can be really filthy and toilets not flushing.
