I've been in regularly customer at Pepes, was there today at about 8.45pm rang up to collect my order the girl on the till started to check my £10 pound note, there was Another girl there with glasses on she was also checking it i told them both been visiting Pepes regularly over the past few years the girl with the glasses on said to me she recognised me and I was a regular customer but I didn't get an Apology im very disappointed about this,

This is a decent restaurant for spicy chicken lovers. Somewhat a halal alternative to Nando’s peri peri chicken. More food options are available for both dine-in and take away. Dine in experience is just okay.

The adults meals arrived without the kids meals so we had to wait an extra 20 mins with the kids moaning and groaning. Also the nugget meals cost a whooping £6.49 and you only get 3 nuggets in it?? 3??

They take approx a decade to make a portion of chips and charge a mortgage for a meal, portion sizes are microscopic, go large and pray that the portion size is visible to the naked eye.Forget about asking for sauces that will put you into overdraft lol.

Used to love their wings. It used to be fresh, & pulls off the bone.However, this is not the case anymore. It tasted so sour and felt like pre-cooked wings thrown on the grill again. Their loaded fries were just utter disgusting. Chicken was bone dry and definitely not worth what they are charging.Not good at all

we ordered PEPE’S on just eat and it didn’t come we rang pepes and they said it’s not their problem to ring just eat we did they said ring pepes we rang them again and they still wasn’t helping us they said it’s not their problem. They said “well sometimes the delivery drivers eat them” and said we can’t help you they won’t redo our food and we pick it up but they said not we will have to pay for it again it was £40 and I’m not paying that and if we do they will give us some of our money back but not all of it which does help me so I will not be ordering from them again

Burgers weren’t advertised like the menu ( extremely tiny) and over all tasted disgusting furthermore, the customer service was horrible waiting 20 min JUST to order when it was practically empty. my friend was also charged extra for items so did not purchased overall horrible experience. Save ur money and do not come here im warning you

Order chicken and rice. And chicken stripes. Chicken was so hard like a stone. Very disappointed because I took food for my son who is currently in children hospital. He charge for the meal with chips and drink. No chips or drink in the bag.

After waiting 50 minutes for my order to be told my order was cancelled leaving me no time to order an alternative. Really poor customer service.

Very good quality food, fast service, good selection of option in the menu, but most important of all they are HMC certified which is the only reason I went in there but I was very pleased with there food and service. Those of you who do not know what HMC certified is do check it out as the food tastes way better compared to a non HMC halal meat. It's a shame that more take away places are not stocking and registering with HMC, I will defo come back to this place more often and I fully recommend this business, so far my fav take away place in Wilmslow road, and I have only been living in Manchester for the last 3 days, hope to come here more often and be a regular here. Keep up the good food and service as you guys are awesome.

I got food poisoning after eating from here. It’s a disgusting place and if you notice the cooks go to the back for something and then come back don’t wash their hands before cooking again. Is a cheap meal worth a bad health?
