I visited here with my friend and we were so happy with the service, surroundings and food. We came mid December. Don't know if it was Peter or not but he was very welcoming and put us in the "naughty corner"?. The waitress was great too, sorry can't remember her name. I have Coeliac Disease so it was such a huge relief to be treated as a "normal person" and that the staff were so knowledgeable about the importance of gluten free for a coeliac and to hear that they are accredited by Coeliac UK. Thanks again so much and looking forward to visiting again asap. I live in Blackpool having moved many years ago from Manchester. Think I'll move back so I can visit you more!

Just got home after a fantastic meal at Pizza Express. We arrived... place was full, Paul, front of house, apologised and asked whether we would return after a phone call from him. Perfect, a pint round the corner and a call from Paul got us in. We arrived, placed close to kitchen and met the wonderful Matt. Very attentive, friendly and made our evening. Both Paul and Matt both went out of their way to look after us, we have had issues with registering with PE app.. Paul is kindly looking into this. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. Thank you so much guys, much appreciated and look forward to seeing you again.

One of the best restaurant experiences we've had. The staff were so friendly, we came in out the rain on a Saturday with our 8month old in the pram late afternoon and was seated straight away in a perfect spot, offered a high chair and was very well looked after during our time. Highly recommend and a special thanks to our waitress ?

I am extremely impressed with the quality and level of service I received at Pizza Express yesterday. My daughter is a member of the club and normally when we come to Manchester we use the Oxford road branch. We tend to find the level of service there is quite poor and the quality of the pizzas can be very hit or miss. We decided to try the Kings Street branch instead and instantly there was a HUGE difference!! The member of staff who greeted us, I think Amy was her name, was so friendly and bubbly. She came to us as soon as she saw us walk in the door. There has been times at Oxford Road the staff have noticed us arrive but still carried on with setting a table, or walk away in the opposite direction. She gave us plenty of time to look at the menu, and after ordering, read everything back to us to ensure she had heard correctly. Food came out hot, fresh, well presented and PERFECTLY made. In fact, so much so that my daughter ended up taking my pizza as it was the first time she said she had seen the sauce go right to the edges! The food tasted very very good and we ate absolutely everything. The portion size was perfect and we left feeling very content and happy. I gave feedback to the Manager, who was also very friendly. All the staff were a credit to the Pizza Express brand. The place was spotlessly clean, I never saw one table with dirty dishes left on it. Finally, thanks also goes to the design team/ fitters. I am only 5 foot tall and constantly give out about how high coat hooks are place inside toilet cubicle doors. This establishment is the one and only, WORLDWIDE, I have every seen two hooks, one placed at about 6ft and one about 3ft. INGENIOUS!! Keep up the good work.

We went Saturday lunchtime and will be back. The service was amazing, my daughter has several allergies and they listened and understood perfectly what we needed,even adjusted order so that it was cheaper for us. Matt who served us was attentive, friendly and informative....highly recommned.

Visited twice for lunch this week on Monday and Thursday. Today (Thursday) really busy and great atmosphere. Very importantly staff always look after single diners and don't give them a rubbish small table at the back of the restaurant away from everyone else.Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegan and vegetarian - lots of variety
