Fast service, went on a thursday evening and was very quiet. Ordered a sharing Chicken Supreme pizza, loaded cheesy bites, BBQ chicken wings, 2x bottomless drinks, a cookie dough and a bottomless ice cream. Total was £53, rounded up. Little bit expensive for what it is, but nice food and you know exactly what you’re getting quality-wise.

I bought a Vegan pizza and the flavour was horrible and let them know. They give me back just half price of the pizza, but I am not happy with that because, first I didn’t the pizza , the flavour was horrible, second , I had a really bad time with that food, I couldn’t enjoy the moment with my family because I couldn’t eat.Dietary restrictions: The food is horrible!

Absolutely everything from start to finish was wonderful. We spent a lot of the time overwhelmed by the amount of food places available in the area and you just don't know if the food and service is ok and which place to choose. It was a worry we might not get food on time to go to the event at the arena that evening or the food is good or if the service was poor .Thankfully we were reassured from the start .We chose pizza hut because we heard laughter and saw a happy server from the outside and the smells were incredible from the door , luckily we did and got Mike the happiest and most incredibly friendly helpful server and great food !Service was incredibly easy , loved the phone order from the table ! So simple and easy and no worries about wating for a server who can be rushed of their feet at times, instead the servers could relax and look after everyone .You can opt to not use this service if you cant for any reason or have no phoneLoved this concept and it worked so quickly and easy to follow and use , we were able to see what we wanted and order and pay without worrying about asking for the bill and waiting , fantastic time saver and fantastic for the servers to spend time with the customers .Also I imagine it would be fanatic for language barriers , helpful for understand and seeing in detail the menu in your language what your choosing without worrying .We could relax without a worry about time and long waits and we were so relieved that we did not have to spend time worrying about waiting for a service just relax with tasty food .The food was incredible and good quality , tasted amazing !Fantastic idea the phone order at the table and we love it so much and we will definitely use pizza hut again before any event because we know it will be so simple and we would never be late , it is nice to know pizza hut cares about their customers and staff , it shows in all aspects . Was not served and were ignored on 17th September 2023 around 3.30pm... seems like there was a preference over people of colour.So sad! Never felt so humiliated. Will never go to a place where they are ignorant!
Went with grandson. Lots of choice very delicious. He lived the pizzas. I loved all the vegetables that you could choose with pizza.

Douglas was absolutely superb and was the highlight of the day! He took our order as we kept getting stuck on the app. Nothing was too much trouble....plus he was super patient with us. He catered towards our needs especially my sons who suffers with Autism. Very understanding. We had a great banter with him and there was service with a smile. His customer service skills was exceptional. You could tell he was experienced and loved people! What a top guy! .... he deserves a gold medal working there! The other chap working there was also great! He was filling up the salad bar and was also very happy and smiley which is always lovely to see. Thanks again to Douglas! Food was just okay, pizza not so great....but Douglas's service is what made us leave this leave review and rate it 10/10 so bravo to him indeed!! See you again Douglas and thanks for being brilliant and genuine. Best wishes Tal Aisha and Saifaan :-))

The waitress (when she finally arrived was very helpful z) Had to make a complaint that our pizza wasn’t hot so was offered a fresh one . Restaurant and toilets very dirty (not enough staff was given as excuse). Visit spoiled by complaints we had to make.

The ease of using the mobile ordering but also the option to pay in cash should be need it. The relaxed feel in the restaurant and not feeling rushed. The service was really good and welcoming. Someone was always available if we needed anything

As a family of sensitive and allergies we are restricted for places to eat.Pizza Hut chain have the alternative menu.The food was disgusting. The pizza base was over cooked, if you blinked you would miss the toppings.As we looked around everyone else was also not impressed with the very expensive cardboard that was being served and us have the privilege of paying for.The salad bar veg tasted stale as if it had been in the fridge uncovered so tainted.The only redeeming fact was the cheesecake.
