What's happened to this place in last few weeks! Pizza was not made properly. Was disgusting with too much cheese for a simple margarita. Girl staff seemed very stressed and not in control.

Really disappointed recived open boxes the boxes caving in phoned pizza hut up refused to do anything about it, said a manager will give a call back never recived a call,The pizza hut customer service also got told by the chorlton pizza hut they sent it out in good condition what was obviously a lie it was coming apart boxes open stickers coming off boxes not even packed properly never againDisgusting service full of liers

I ordered a £14.99 deal tonight and the food arrived in time and was hot. The pizza was cooked well. I must commend the delivery driver. He was so polite and friendly despite having to deliver in this rainy and windy weather! He had excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name and there was nothing on the receipt to give feedback. But all round a good service.

I’ve used this pizza hut for collection several times. It’s always a mixed experience depending on who is working the counter. Some staff are very polite but others very rude and uninterested. However the food is always delicious and ready on time. I can not speak for delivery, but collection service here is pretty good.

Wow - just tried to order my kids some tea and when the dude finally showed at the counter he seemed like we’d just woken him up. Guy didn’t know the products, really unhelpful and seemed not to believe me when I pointed out a deal advertised in the window!! Guy was unkempt and disinterested. Needless to say, dude put us off so we went to dominoes next door and had good customer service there
