very pathetic service, room has no oven even in the double room. plus there is no exhaust system working in the restroom, it is so stinky after the use. Alongwith that they do not provide any disposable shoe to wear in the room and also no bathroom accessories like toothpaste or stuff was there. Also, the radiator is not working. I paid almost 70 pounds a night for this, totally not recommended.

AVOID !!Even for a budget hotel it is way over priced for such poor standard & service. Hotel is dated and in need of a major facelift. It is certainty not the 'Dream' portrayed....- On arrival, the car park was littered, indeed we witnessed a rat wandering around.- Lift was not working, nor any advance notice sent.- TV remote did not work properly- Some TV stations not working - 'No Signal'- Wash basin/sink blocked- Shower over bath - and without any slip mat - was difficult & dangerous to get in/out etc.- Pillows VERY hard - both sets!Above was reported at hotel and online feedback - but they just don't care about customer satisfaction. They are far from the 'Premier' hotel standard I once knew.

As a regular premier inn guest I was rather disappointed by this hotel. Usually, premier inn is such a good chain but this particular hotel needs closing and renovating. There was construction equipment and builders everywhere, now I appreciate that it is not the Ritz but I was woken just after 7.30am by drilling somewhere in the hotel. Then at breakfast there was banging and drilling in the dining room. The staff seemed bored and uninterested in their work, the items on the breakfast station were empty and when asked for something as basic as butter one of the girls just grunted and said "we aint got none". Also the dining room was filthy, we sat by a window and I made the mistake of looking behind a radiator... I wished I hadn't, it was revolting. Maybe instead of hanging around in the corner chatting the staff could clean the place a bit?Rooms: Very tired and tattyNearby activities: Salford Quays is a great hub, media city is great for food and entertainmentFood & drinks: Bog standard beefeater menu, don't bother when there are some amazing restaurants 10 mins walk awayNoteworthy details: Currently being renovated so its vasically a building site

Location was perfect, hotel itself was a let down however, very dirty, unhygienic, toilet seat in our room was covered in yellow wee stains, absolutely disgusting. Reception not really bothered about anything. Air con unit in the room way too noisy sounded like trying to sleep in a room with a tractor all night. Only plus was bed was quite comfortable.

On arrival there was a-rat running around on the car park due to all the rubbish in the shrubs. The plug hole was blocked in the bathroom, the lift was out of order and the pillows were hard. Not worth £140 with no breakfast!!!!

We may have only stayed here one night, but we would definitely stay again next time we are in Manchester. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet, so we had a really good nights sleep. Very comfortable bed and a good bathroom with clean, fluffy towels and good toiletries. All meals are taken at the Beefeater next door. We had breakfast there and there is an extensive menu to choose from. Every member of staff we met were friendly an very helpful. All in all, an excellent experience and one we would highly recommendRooms: Spacious and comfortable

We have spent 2 days in the hotel , Room was ok. Room is occupied with tea, coffee sachets to make your own tea or coffee. TV, towels and shower gel in the room for your use. We booked meal deal so we had breakfast and dinner at beefeater next to hotel. No buffet, you need to give your order to staff, with your choices. Hotel Staff is effective and helpful.
