Ordered a breakfast tea, lets just say milks going cheap in Manchester because the tea was so milky, if you didn't recognise the floating tea bag you have tought it was a hot glass of milk.

The beverages are spectacular but the lady serving my colleagues and I seemed to come off rather cold and displayed annoyance. For some reason she seems to be annoyed that we just get drinks, taking advantage of the special offer just like everyone else. Do better!

I am a frequent customer of Pret a Manger and due to my work I often visit this particular store. The staff are always pleasant friendly and efficient & the food is consistently great. However today I was most disturbed by the number of customers in the shop, queuing and standing in groups talking and probably half of them were not wearing masks and to my opinion had no medical reason to exempt them. Cannot the store do something about this? Other retailers do. I shall not be returning to any Pret in the near future. I am in a risk group for Covid and I do not want to die because the younger clientele are irresponsible and it appears that the staff are unable, or unsupported, to try to ensure better Covid practice

Went today and got food, always good, and I was served by the nicest guy. He helped me set up my contactless payments on my phone as I was having some trouble with it and was very patient and helpful! He deffo deserves a pay rise! Cheers mate! Really appreciate your help and kindness!
