very friendly place!!! I was in Manchester for the Easter holidays and often came for breakfast at Pret(Arndale). The most friendly and loving people work here! I am from another country and I have always been welcome here, despite my poor English, they tried to understand what I want and showed a lot of kindness and patience! And matcha latte with coconut and rice milk is the best in town!!!Thank you guys, I love you all and big greetings from Moscow❤️Vegetarian options: oatmeal with fruit for breakfast was very tasty!

Awful service. I ordered the applejito juice by using my subscription. They made like more water than juice. Literally taste like just water!! So diluted. When I said can they add more juice back but they refuse to do that.

I was severed by the same person twice this week and yet again I was disappointed with the service. When taking my order, the member staff was talking to other members of staff and went off somewhere else before I could say anything else to finish my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Rude staff me and my friends visited this store today the staff was really very rude behavior they think we don't know about these stuff I ordered hot chocolate but it is very bad taste I asked one of the staff member to change it but staff member said we can't do anything about this don't visit this store next time I recommend people not to go this store

I would like to complain about the discrimination action from the staff.I subscribed the membership for Pret and go to order the drinks everyday. Most of the staff in this shop are really friendly. However, today I experienced the most horrible thing from the staff in here which is very rare and I am thinking should I take legal action about this staff discriminating attitude.I was ordering a cold drink at around 5pm today in the store which is called Rhuberry Breeze, the staff called Victor is the one who served me and he misunderstands my pronunciation. He made the wrong order and keep yelling at me and said Im the one said Berry Bliss. He even laughed at my ascent and said I ordered Berry Bliss. I said no, I ordered Rhuberry Breeze. He attitude is so abusive, offensive and I would like to ask is that the training from Pret suppose to be like that and let your staff have this attitude? More, another staff called Marcia cut into our conversation and being rude about saying “something” she heard about. Everytime I went to this shop and actually this young lady keep providing bad attitude to the customers. I dont want to talk about her in bad words but the things is she keep her bad attitude with the customer. But this time she used her very rude and disrespectful attitude to treat me so I really want to talk about her this time. How can this young lady stand in a long destination, mixing drinks and hear everything clear from our conversation? I would like you to explain about what happened to these 2 staffs and I need to know are there any punishments for these two staffs with such an disgusting discrimination attitude. Otherwise I will thinking about take the legal action about that. Thanks.
