I have just received a phone call from this number claiming to be EE and asking for my details… explain Ritz Takeaway?

It was a blast from the past, brought me back to my childhood still as good as I remember

Quite a few things wrong with them.We asked for just after 8.30 and they didn’t arrive until 9.20.I asked for a 12 inch kebab box (and I’m sure as I wanted a mixture of meat and stuff) but they were quite persistent that they got it right and gave a 10 inch which is significantly different. The food was not even warm when it arrived.I would have given it another chance if they would have admitted the mistake and changed it. But apparently ‘they have it on record’ whatever that means and unwilling to listen.

Wouldn't eat from here ever again!! Found a piece of metal in cheeseburger and they wasn't apologetic they offered an extra burger rather than a refund!

Ritz meets a perfect balance of fresh and cheap. The menu is simple and the food is basic. But it has enough flavour and depth to make you feel like your money was well spent. The meal deals are generous and the staff are extremely hard working. You will know the drill, this is a good little local takeaway that gets the job done. If you are in the area and in mood of a kebab or a pizza. You know where they are!

I have almost ordered ten times since I moved to hear for five months.I love turkey dishes, so a few restaurants and kebab shops are marked in my google map list.Ritz is the best for kebab and pizza in Manchester city center. Also staffs are very kind and friendly. The best thing is their opening time. They serve until late at night.I recommend mixed kebab and pineapple and ham pizza.

Disgusting taste.Ordered cheese and chips after a night out and not only were they tasteless but they charged me £5 when the menu clearly stated differently. The menu states £3 for cheese and chips.Chips were under cooked and no salt or vinegar available.I understand that you need to make money but to make prices up is in professional and dishonest. The establishment itself was not clean and is in a state of disrepair. There are bin bags outside and rubbish everywhere. The fact that the illiterate and fat shaming owner has responded with “ That's the thing price for a fat portion tubby.” speaks volumes about how unprofessional his place is.

Food is fine but the service is awful. The servers make it seem like your presence in the shop is exhausting for them and are taken aback by the sheer surprise someone might order food at a takeaway.

Just got my food delivered for the first from ritzy and I've only got 1 thing to say and that is it's the best kebab I've had in a very long time I'm hooked on these kebabs

I live a 2 minute drive from the Ritz. I ordered a kebab and Kebab meat and chips with 2 cans of coke. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive stone cold with warm cans. Very overpriced for the quality of food on offer. AVOID - would give no star if possible
