Staff ignore you at the bar and then seem to serve you under duress!Not a good night tbf!Although on a good note, the waiting staff are very efficient and attentive and our dogs got the shoe leather steak!Not happy ?

Came for a family meal, website said it was fully booked but Katy sorted us 3 tables as a walk in!! Served us all night, what a pleasure. Made us feel so welcome and she as so good with the kids!! We will deffo be back! See you soon Katy!

Katy has been excellent! Watched her run the show on her own pretty much, catering to my family and everyone else in the pub going above and beyond and making it look easy, I’d definitely visit again.

Went 17-3-2023 at 14:30 dined with my kids I had chicken wings with piri piri sauce, the wings would have been much nicer if the skins were crispy and the sauce?, Kids had the chicken mix they liked it until they started on the Mac and cheese was very bland and not very cheesy, wants some improvement, but over all a pleasant meal and not over priced at £37.95 the staff are very nice and helpful, to be fair this is probably one of the best menues I've seen in all the places I've been to for a pub, maybe a few more vegetarian options would be great, pint of shandy, strawberry cider and a coke was £14.05, would I have a return visit?keep up with the great work ?

After a very poor start to our meal and a young member off staff was extremely rude, and clearly doesn’t understand customer service, we didn’t even get an apology from her personally… the whole experience was overturned by a lady called Katy, if you looked up the word customer service in a dictionary you would find Katys name, absolutely amazing personality, and great at her job, she kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and was very funny and very friendly, she deserves a promotion in my view…, thank you Katy for making our experience a much more enjoyable one after such disappointment, PLEASE DONT EVER CHANGE, you were AMAZING ********************/10 …. What an amazing experience. We were served by a woman named Katie. She provided the best customer service I've ever had.My little girl was upset and she came over to cheer her up. Also made sure we were happy with the food. She was very well manned and made us have such an amazing nightThank you Katie we definitely will be coming more often
