I've ordered from here twice lately for home delivery and both times was nasty I asked for the steak to be medium rare and both times it arrived black and solid ? i asked for it with peppercorn sauce it came with gravy ? I ordered 2 kids pizza meals and they were even worse all the pizza slices were literally stuck together so when they tried to separate them it fell apart I ordered the insanity burger and asked for it plain with just cheese and ketchup no salad it came with everything but, I was so furious because I spent just short of £50 the second time round what a joke... Will be highly recommending people to not eat from here its not worth the slop that arrived in a paper bag

3 Stars as I'd give my two visits maybe 5 and 4 but the delivery options 0!! delivery took over 2hrs, food was cold, no apology after trying to contact to complain, however in person the service/food/price were all good.

The food we had was quality, clean and fresh. I had a beef burger and wifey had pasta. I loved my burger. It was everything I expected and wanted. Wife liked the chicken and spinach pasta but that's about it. It never excited her. However she felt like the ingredients were fully fresh. We had nacho and wings for starter which both of us thoroughly enjoyed. Specially the buffalo wings. I would recommend anyone who goes to this place to 100% try it out. Finally the setting and the vibe of the place is 9/10.Deffo coming back :)

Absolutely appalling food. 3 hours it took to delivery and 4 items wrong anf missingThe burgers were overcooked and dry, no salad just some old lettuce, fries were soggy and the chips that did arrive were cold.The 'shakes' if you can call them that were basically milk and had no actual flavour.All in all a very very poor meal will not be using againAvoid at all cost honestly.

This was our first visit to this establishment and our dissapointment was immense.We picked up our order and went home to try out the food items that had been so creatively described on the menu.Upon inspection our first thought was the presentation was abysmal, it literally had been thrown together.The salsa potato skins were dire, cheap salsa tipped on potato.The 10 hand cut chips were soggy and the 5 french fries were nearly transparent due to them being soaked in budget oil.The juicy lucy burger which was described as beef oozing with cheese was a cheap burger with a a slice of processed cheese.The buffalo burger was nothing more then a lack lustre chicken schnitzel colored orange to impersonate the real thing.The waffles were rubbery mass bought rubbish.We called the restaraunt to voice our disdain and wasnt able to get a word in due to the staff member shouting over me and not wanting to hear my complaint.We then took the food back and was met with the same ignorant, unprofessional attitude. We were shouted at and told to get out by the older balding "gentleman", the "restaurants " saving grace was a young man who came out and assisted us with a refund in a professional manner.The food and the service was sub standard and needs a complete overhaul. Just dreadful and disappointing.

Oh this is the place to go for a quirky burger menu. Absolutely child friendly as the staff had the patience of a saint when our youngest had a meltdown in there. Great American diner feel and huge portions and well worth a visit.

Terrible for delivery. Took 2 hours and food was freezing. When I complained the managers response was "the food was not cold" Wow what a response, the bin saw most of the food sadly. And for £70. Total rip off. I did dine here frequently however after tonight's delivery service and attitude from the manager I won't be back

Food just arrived & I put it in the bin... The chips weren't chips they were dry wedges! It was deffintley NOT cheddar, was cheese sauce. The meatballs on a hotdog bun were soggy! It taste like cardboard, i spat it out & I feel sick! This is the worst takeaway iv experienced! YUK!
Burger was dry, and the drink was out of date, but they did change it for one that wasn’t! Don’t believe in giving this place a 4* as the service was top, the presentation of the food was really good and it also tasted great! Par the fact that the beef burger was slightly over cooked

Always amazing food, the staff are friendly, service is super quick and the freak shakes are something to be admired! Whether you want a snack or a 3 course meal, this is your place. Always brilliant and never disappoints

So very mixed experience with this, ordering as a take away.Ordered the first time and arrived quickly within 30 mins and the food was good.Ordered a couple of weeks later, waited 1.5 hours. Food was absolutely shocking, ordered pizzas had not tomato sauce on them. Was like eating a really bad cheese on toast.Ordered for the last time yesterday, food again took over an hour, hairs on the food and order was messed up,(items missing).Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again and would not recommend, based on the service over 3 deliveries from their take away service.

Food was poor quality, greasy , i would say the oil they cook in desperately needs changing, you could smell it when you walked in the place. The service was fairly slow seeing as there was just another family in. Deserts were nothing special tasted like they were not fresh. I have been to far better places wouldnt go back. Memorable for all the wrong reasons.
