Amazing food spoiled by poor attitude during service.

An authentic taste of Naples with its traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas. From the moment you step inside, the bustling atmosphere and tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pizza transport you to the vibrant streets of Italy. The décor is minimalistic yet inviting, with rustic wooden tables and exposed brick walls adorned with vintage photographs of Naples. The open kitchen allows diners to catch a glimpse of the skilled pizzaiolos meticulously crafting each pizza by hand, using only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. The menu boasts a tempting selection of classic and innovative toppings, from the simple Margherita to the indulgent Calabrese with spicy nduja and roasted red peppers. Each pizza is cooked to perfection in the traditional wood-fired oven, resulting in a perfectly charred crust that is both light and airy. For starters, the burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil is a creamy delight that sets the tone for the meal to come. And no visit to Rudy's is complete without sampling their homemade tiramisu, a decadent finale that leaves a lingering sweetness on the palate.Service is friendly and efficient, with knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you through the menu and offer recommendations. Despite its popularity, the wait times are surprisingly short, thanks to the restaurant's efficient seating system and quick turnover.

Fav place in Manchester for pizza.Fav one is the Portobello one !Good place. Good service and good atmosphereThere’s always queue. And booking is best to make in advance to get a table ! Did my birthday there with others 10 friends few years back and we had our best time. Keep going to Rudys since then and will continue. !

Love this place! I was on a solo trip so perfect for me. Got seated very quickly right up at the kitchen by a friendly waiter. It was good watching what was going on, the waiter described things on the menu to me, I had some pizza with salami and flior de latte on it? Hehe either way it was delicious and so affordable when it's in the city of Manchester. The garlic dip was beautiful too.

Very nice pizza, thin base and tasty.Nice atmosphere, but a bit too much exposed concrete. Looking forward to visit again. Would like to have had the choice of chips, but not a major issue. Music was too loud, could do with gentle jazz in the background.

Nice fresh pizza restaurant good staff and fast service In such a nice redeveloped area of manchester I've lived in Manchester all my life. And this area has changed so much over the years. It used to be the Cardroom Estate and lots of car parks And It was a terrible place . But now the area is So much nice It's a complete difference from what it used to be And now a very nice place to visit to eat and drink And for a look round New Islington and if you like nice pizza go to Rudy's When there
