Not to sound too over the top but the bartenders here are the best at their craft. They take the most well known, classic cocktails known all over the world and still elevate them further yet staying true to the original taste profiles to the point it's baffling how they pull it off. I ordered the Sazerac and a rum Old fashioned fully expecting the same flavour I've come to expect over the years of mixing cocktails myself but got a drink far more pleasing. While they have undoubtedly proven themselves in classics I would have zero hesitation to ask for more unconventional recommendations as well. A true delight to cocktail lovers and mixologists alike and I will not doubt be back eager to try more.

Had an amazing time. I did mess up with our booking, but they were so lovely and helpful we managed to get in, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Drinks were as always amazing ? thankYou so much and they even walked us to were we were having our meal at the blues bars as it was raining

Fantastic bar with a real speakeasy vibe to it. Staff are superb with a great cocktail list and they serve the best Bloody Mary in Manchester. Music is 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and rounds off a perfect bar. Love this placeHaven’t eaten there so haven’t rated the

The value is too good to be true and the playlist is absolutely spot on. Hard not to choose Schofields!
