Went for brunch at 3:30. There was delay so we wasn’t sat down until 4ish what isn’t a problem… but by the time we sat down and had a chance to get our deal what we paid for “unlimited sushi” it was all gone.. we was told in a very rushed manner “grab what you can get. No more coming out” so we ended up having scraps of the sushi. The staff was very nice except that one innocent, nobody clocked on that our delay caused by other people effected our time and experience. We just felt incredibly rushed and didn’t get what we paid for what’s a shame. I should have said something but I didn’t want to be a Karen. But I did spend a lot of money for a not great experience

We popped in for cocktails at the bar and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The drinks were lovely, and it had a very vibrant atmosphere. We didn't have any food on this occasion but the restaurant area was very busy and most of the free tables had reserved notices on them so it would be advisable to reserve in advance if you plan on dining.

Visited in a party of 6 for the new Sunday brunch menu. One of the most amazing experiences we have had for a while. Food is unbelievable, amazing value. Great table near the aquarium. This brunch concept is a really exciting new offer in Manchester you must try it. Victor and his team make this place very special. Finally made it down for drinks and to have a look at the venue. Fantastic space and a cool addition to the Manchester night life. That being said my main reason to return with be for the slick yet classy service provided by the bar staff. Very friendly and knowledgable. Blaine and his team seem to really enjoy what they do which shows in their attention to detail. Jess in particular was very courteous. Marshmallow cocktail was on point!

Been wanting to try this place for a while, went with my gf for a Sunday brunch: they have an all you can eat sushi where you are served at a buffet in the middle of this fancy and colorful marbly venue.The place looks amazing, by the way.Food was amazing,service too. Thomas and Ada looked after us regarding food, while Angus at the table and Buffy and Sarah at the bar looked after us for drinks... And "wow!" their wine selection and their bespoke cocktail offering are amazing.The Restaurant was full, yet the service was very attentive and polite. Really cannot fault it.Major complaint is that once she tried the desserts(especially the chocolate Fondant), my gf felt like considering running away with the pastry chef.Me, personally I was blown away by the sushi and the spicy beef we got.Would definitely be back and would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: There was plenty of vegetarian option both in the menu and the brunch offering.

Loved the food, absolutely perfect. Service was exceptional. Good vibe in there. Prices are extortionate though so it's only going to be a one off visit for us. If you want to treat yourself and don't mind paying for it then give it a go.

Straight away from walking through the door the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was magnificent and the food matched that. Staff carried on being attentive all the way through but not in an intrusive way. Would definitely go back as I really want to try the Ibérico pork ribs. Worth every penny.

Evening and lunch reservations experienced exceptional customer service from entry, to bar service, host and service staff. Excellent choice of food which is prepared and presented elegantly and tastes delicious. Despite being a busy venue you are looked after and treated as a special guest. The venue is stunning and welcoming hence the photo shoots. In the evenings distinguished DJs take you on a music journey with staff and performers creating the perfect uplifting experience. This is the best venue currently in Manchester that delivers excellent food, exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. All led by the charming host Blaine. We will be back.

Jess gave me and my dad 5* service we were never without a drink she was absolutely amazing. I went to 20 stories before this and it took me 10Minutes to get served. Jess not only served us efficiently but even when she was busy she still made sure we were looked after! Thank you Jess lovely lady. Sexy fish also I was a bit negative about the name and vibe but when you go inside wow it was amazing highly recommend!

Only ventured during the day but everything was excellent! Food, staff, wine all top notch.Only downside is the loos are a mission to find but won't score down because of this! Hardly an inconvenience.Definitely be back.

Turned up yesterday as a walk in behind another party who enguired about the two course offer as it finishes at four pm and it was 3.55 after checking with the chef we were told that as long as we ordered straight away we would be ok.Having been seated at our table we waited about 15 minutes to order I ordered the sea bass and a glass of Shiraz only to be told sometime later that the fish was not good enough to be served and to choose another main course which I could not find one that was to my taste was then offered by recommendation of the waiter the beef which turned out to be very good so all was well.It's a shame that my wine was forgotten as well but I did get it eventually.The resulting reduction of the final bill and apologies was welcome but a shame that our visit was spoiled overall.However would still recommend giving it a try the food is good and staff very attentive if a bit absent minded in my case.

I attended sexy fish last weekend and ended up in hospital in the morning diagnosed with food poisoning. I know the food poisoning came from sexy fish because I didn’t not eat all day and waited till I got to sexy fish. I ordered the lamb rack which look very uncooked. The food overall was not tasty at all I’m very disappointed in this experience:
