I will never order from here again! Ordered food, it came 2 hrs 15 minutes later, rang up and was told that I should pick up next time instead of getting a delivery and had the phone slammed down! Food was shocking and cold (obviously) delivery driver was lovely and extremely apologetic but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place

I don't know what's happening with this place but I've just had a meal from here and i don't like to write negative reviews like this, but the food was appalling. It looked and tasted like it was comprised of warmed up old food. And the ratio of ingredients was wrong. I eat here fairly often and this was without doubt the worst I've had, and probably the worst takeaway I've ever eaten, or not eaten.I'm not looking for a refund or replacement meal, i won't be ordering from there again.If the chef is a new one I'd suggest getting rid and employing someone else who can cook a lot better.Very disappointed as previously it was good.I do feel bad writing this review, but this feedback needs to be read.I wouldn't suggest anyone else to spend your money here.

Just ordered from here. Never again. We ordered our food , waited over an hour and half ago. Rung up and the man on the phone said it be an other half an hour to deliver. He was so rude on the phone. Don't order from here.

Drinks missing, delivery driver rude and seemed to have no idea what the order was. Phoned the restaurant only to be told that the information on Just Eat was wrong and it's not their responsibility. Terrible business with terrible customer service.

AWFUL… was left on an open phone line listening to him talk to a child who was politely trying to order and the man serving was quite rude, didn’t even complete my order before they spoke to me very unpleasantly too. Did not end up ordering and will not be ordering again.

Shocking service. Ordered through JustEat with delivery time 1 to 1.5 hours. When nothing after 1 hour 45 mins, and after no response to messages through JustEat, telephoned them directly. Spoke to ignorant employee/owner who said they had phoned 10 times to confirm the order. Confirm what?! No apology. Said they could deliver in another 30 mins. Told them to stick it. Appalling. Never used before and never again. Be warned and take your business elsewhere.

The worst Chinese I have ever had, and the first time I've had to put a meal in the bin. The duck could only be described as scraps at best. There were no meat, it was scrap strings of duck and very little. The chips were under cooked. I tried to eat it but it all went in the bin. Absolutely disgusting meal.

Apart from the fact that the order was late , I was waiting almost 2 h, the food was gross, had a unwashed pots smell in the food, , was very concerned about my well being and ended up throwing everything in the binWouldn’t give even a star and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either
