They don't respect the steps for coffee. When you order something you need to follow the steps how many pumps of syrup , how much ...ice and cofee... cardboard taste...blank taste . Our iced macadamia had just 1 pump of syrup instead of 4. And when you tell them about staff started makes face's ...turn eyes... I paid wasn't for

Asked for an oat milk matcha latte, they given me milk. I have several issues with drinking milk and now I have to stay off work for a week. Really not nice ??

This could be a brilliant place to refuel in trafford centre as has all the makings, spacious, nice decor, lots of seating options, but every time I go here it's so dirty I think this was the last time for me at this location. Dirty Cups piled high everywhere you look, food on the floor, tables not cleared. It's as though nobody is cleaning up on a shift. Bit gross and not for me anymore.

Drink actually had extra shots as ordered and it was hot!This time good listening by starbucks cashier or more importantly good execution of passed on instructions by barista.

Always busy, although you can get a seat most if the time. Not always the cleanest unfortunately, but the service is good and the staff are friendly.

The service was horrible and I was not treated fairly I paid for strawberry Frappuccino £5.70 includes £0.60 extra for caramel only had few drops of caramel I was told if I wanted proper caramel pay extra £0.60 the drink without caramel big cup cost £5.10 . The rest of the team are very good only two employees who are horrible and unprofessional.
