It’s freezing in all seasons. Aircon blasts even today when it’s minus 3 and there is nowhere to sit that isn’t affected by it.Have asked the staff again today to turn it down and been told it’s because it’s cold outside!

Well let’s say the positive first, manage to get two seats between two tables … So had no table…It wasn’t overly busy but every seat was taken by bags coats of people sat there on their computers …..no cups or if they had them they were empty or take out cups…..loads of people walked in and walked out again as there was nowhere to sit…..one person had bags on two chairs and they where her bags as she kept going in them….. in the 30 minutes we sat there no one joined these seats….you need a policy….bums need to be on seats with a drink!

We came in to get a hot chocolate and a muffin. Choices are very limited. Better go Costa. When we got to the muffin and cake area, there were several small flies flying around the food. Not great!

I regret visiting this Starbucks location. The service was excruciatingly slow and shockingly inattentive, leaving me wondering if the staff even cared about their customers. I ordered a hot cup of coffee but received my coffee lukewarm. Very crowded and messy place, the staff never cleans the tables. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks.

I went there on 25 and 26 September there was lot of insect in the food and it is being served to costumers like there is nothing.
