This Starbucks is definitely the best of all the ones in Manchester. It’s always semi quiet and the drinks are always amazing. The environment is good to work in as its mainly people doing work in there. There’s always spare tables and the baristas are lovely. If you’re wanting a place to sit in and do work with a coffee then this is the best Starbucks to go to!

The people working there were so unprofessional, they started laughing when I walked in, then I wanted to pay with cash and I took some time to get my wallet out, just then she said ''we don't take cash I am afraid'' laughing at my face. She didn't even asked my name for the drink. The tables were all dirty. What's happening with starbucks?

The coffee was perfect!But it was the two barista's (Cam & Tom) who made me smile, when they went the extra mile by popping in an extra cup of milk because I wasn't sure if my friend wanted it or not. And offering to make the drinks extra hot / use takeaway lids, because I mentioned having a bit of a walk. They even double checked the coffee's wouldn't leak before giving them to me, it was excellent service!

Horrible customer service from a lady in particular. I went around 3.31 pm on a Saturday so whoever was at the for front on the till at that time needs to fix her attitude. It’s horrible.
