A really nice instalment of a well known chain of cafe. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the inside was very clean. There is plenty of seating throughout as well, one of the nicest Starbucks that I have been to.

Too much unnecessary chatting by the barista with people who have their drinks and a long frustrated Q of people

Customer service very friendly and lovely. There is a lot of seating in this place and that's nice to make sure you can get a seat.

Parking: It's in the middle of the city centre, so unless you can find a nearby street, you're out of luck!

Ordered on the app lets but the shop was closed, they weren’t willingly to come to to the door and talk, so I just stayed there until one of them gave up and cameI explained and they said they can’t do anything(which they can, they just couldn’t be bothered to scan the app and issue the refund, so they lied and said I can get a refund on the app and do it myself…but I know that is not possible. So, I’ve emailed customer service to take care of my refund, still no response even with proof. Just fix the times? Oh well, it’s not my regular place anyways, prefer Quay street and the Altrincham store

App lets you order but the shop is closed. Can see someone behind the counter who just ignores people at the door in the same situation. Avoid and use mount street.

Nice and always very clean right next to the Oxford Street Station. The staff are always nice and smiling here.

Starbucks has become a joke. £5.45 for a sandwich with barely any filling.

Supporting genocide, ethnic cleansing, illegal occupation, violent displacement of natives from their homes and massacre of children and NICU premature babies is inhuman. On top of that, suing worker unions just because they think genocide is wrong shows how cruel hearted this organisation is as if they weren't cruel enough with their already harsh work environment. Theres leaked recipes you could make or go to your local coffee shop which I guarentee will taste better and cost less too. Think twice before purchasing from this franchise and keep you hands free of innocent dead children's blood. May these children and civilians rest in peace.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a pumpkin latte with whipped cream, but what I received was 99% milk and only a trace of pumpkin flavor. When I kindly asked for an adjustment and add the whipped cream when I already asked for it when I ordered she just ruined it more, the staff member not only failed to rectify the issue but also responded with attitude. Customer service is an essential aspect of any establishment, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.
