I ordered a TLC salad, a vegan cookie and a bowl of vegan meatballs, so why did the person serving me decide to pour a load of non-vegan cheese on my meatballs without asking me? I only found out when I got home, too late for a refund or a replacement bowl. Bitter disappointment.

Never get uber orders correct, sandwich was incorrect completely. Drinks are never stocked in the fridge and cookies are not baked well

Absolutely terrible service, I have ordered 6" meat ball marinara, first they only put 2 1\2 meatballs on and tried to pass it as that is everything, when I confronted them sayin that there is supposed to be 4 meatballs, the guy just grunted and went to the back for about 5 minutes leaving the unfinished sandwich on the work top, then he returned with his manager who has asked me if I want the rest as meatless meatballs, I refused and he told me that I am gonna have to wait for ten minutes. They didn't even appologised for trying to decieve me. I am never goin there again.
