Worse customer service. Everyone Subway have an offer on their app this store refuses to honour it. The worse ran subway! The owners need changing.

Owner of this subway dont want customers to use subway points. Its been a month, their system is down. And all other subways accepting points for sandwitches. Everytime you buy something, they will give you only one napkin ? always have to ask for more.

"A Mixed Experience with a Dedicated Staff!"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently visited Subway in Ardwick and had a mixed experience that I'd like to share. One remarkable aspect was a lady running the entire shop efficiently during the morning rush—a testament to her excellent management skills.However, I was disappointed to find that they no longer offer the 'Honey Mustard' sauce, which used to be a favorite. This change influenced my rating.They could bring it back as 'Customer Demand'!On the positive side, the availability of Halal food options is a great feature. Additionally, the one-hour free parking is convenient.I must mention a couple of concerns: The restroom is accessible only with a food purchase, and during my visit, there was no liquid hand wash available in toilet. They might check the 'To Do List' when their shift starts.Despite the drawbacks, the overall experience was satisfactory.Recommend.Parking: 1 hour free

Ordered 3lots of meat balls with cheese absolutely ridiculous literally 3 almost bone dry meat balls no sauce just a dash of cheese . Definitely not what we’re use too from subway. regarding the meat balls cheese had nothing to melt in .. very dry no customer service skills either grumpy staff no vocal skills atall had to ask for something to eat it with and ask for serviette.

Zero customer service skills and very much overpriced for a load of bread with a bit of filling.I live right next to this place but I only visit occasionally bc it’s heavily overpriced. The staff used to be nice but the new assistant manager (Stacy) is pretty much uptight and rude. Don’t know what happened to her bc she used to be nice but maybe the promotion got to her head and now she’s on a power trip.The food was alright, but nothing special at all. Asked for the footlong to be wrapped separately as two 6 inches and they were trying to charge me an extra £2.50 for a piece of paper. Clearly they are very money orientated and not customer orientated at all. Go spend your money at the many other good outlets nearby because this place doesn’t deserve your money.In summary, rude staff, overpriced loaf of bread and many more places nearby which will give you a more satisfying munch for your money.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at this branch.It's Monday bank holiday around 12 o'clock.I will try to share my experience here.The staff were very rude today specially the female staff. The other staff seems to me an African origin.I always noticed she is like this.She never greets or smiles.I come here at least once a month.The other staff normally serve are quite nice, serve with smileMy 10 years old son wanted to have kids pack. When I was placing the order my son told me he wants to go toilet and it's quite urgent.I asked the lady can he use the toilet.She seems bit annoyed ,said something which wasn't very clear I didn't understand and she carried on asking the usual questions about the sandwich . I was waiting and then asked the other staff my son desperately needs to use toilet .He kept asking me what are the salad we want in the sandwich.We have a restaurant and I work in the same environment so I am so disappointed.I felt really bad about the experience I had in front of my son.

Very Rude lady working on till I bought 2 subway (Dine for 2 people) logically she must pack it separately when I request her please pack it separately she aggressively told me I won’t do it, than I request her to put in bag again she said aggressively you have to pay for it.. very bad experience with subway staff I won’t come to this place in my life.
