Amazing sandwich and fully loaded ? Raham who served me was super friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Cannot fault 10/10 loved the southwest sauce (im a subway newbie) and the cheesy nachos.

Extremely poor customer service. I walked to the front to make my order. The guy was sweeping crumbs (which is fine). He sees me....then continues sweeping. I wait about 2 minutes. He then starts arranging the chairs, I wait another minute or so. He then starts wiping the tables. At that point I just went across to Asda & bought a sandwich.I worked in retail for years. Once a customer wants to purchase, you must serve them immediately. Only exception is if there's a severe safety hazard you have to deal with.

The worse stuff ever , I’m a regular costume and there’s a guy that work in there he always moody and he always go behind to his room so he pretend like he don’t see or listen so I have to leave without getting food.

Wow the amount of salad in my salad bowl was ridiculous, they also had the lid up so I coudlnt see how much was going in and then sealed it without checking it was OK. It was not OK. I have sent a complaint both through the online form and DM directly via instagram and had no follow up either. Are you cutting costs? Because it cost me double when I was still starving after that inadequate helping. Fuming.

missing a significant amount of the vegetables. I was shocked to see that my Salad Bowl was almost half empty, and the vegetables were barely visible. I was not expecting to receive such a small quantity of salad, especially considering that I paid the full price for it. I feel that I did not receive the value I expected, and as a loyal customer, I am disappointed in the quality of customer service.

Stood at the counter for around 5 minutes. Nobody came to serve me as they were in the back arguing on their phone, went to greggs next door.
Usual standard, seemed clean. Staff were lovely.
