Got sent the wrong sub ! How can you get a tuna Footlong plain wrong?then had to get a taxi back to the shop to get them to change it and they refused to at first ! Would not recommend eating here awful the woman was so rude

This is a lovely local subway where I come for breakfast/ lunch regularly. The food is amazing customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. All the staff so so polite, professional, have great knowledge about all the promotional offers and food, and snacks. I can sit there and get my work done on my laptop, read a book a just feel so relaxed sitting in comfortable clean friendly environment. The staff show so much care, respect and appreciation to their customers. It’s truly one of the best subways I have been too. Definitely need to try this subway branch is Whalley Range, Withington Road. ????????❤️

Visited this store recently and was shocked at how dirty and filthy it was. The floor was dirty and has food packaging on the floor. The tables were no better. There were 2 female staff who seemed more interested in their personal conversation than their customers. I looked behind the counter and it was just a little better than the customer facing environment. I complained to the female that served me about how disgusting the restaurant was. Got the feeling she want bothered. She just looked at me with a blank expression, not an apology or recognition of what I had just said to her. Will be reporting then to councils health and safety food standards. Appalling. Avoid this restaurant. If it’s a franchise it’s doing the brand a disservice and damaging their reputation. They store should be shut down.

Its 19.02.24,13:30....Veg thrown on bread, half on half everywhere else. No one behind me so i dont know why he was rushing like something was happening. Girl threw cheese on half on the paper and half actually on the meat. What a pair of clowns. Oblivious.

Disgusting ? horrible place homeless and drug dealers outside and they let the dirty criminals in the shop use the loo when it’s busy they are rude foreigner’s who they employ who no clue dirty hands don’t wash and smell lack of hygiene and knowledge useless poor customer service they polish girls stolen my money while ago then they staff is foreign and no sense of security and rush rush people out the shopThe food is overpriced and shocking customer services Avoid this place the homeless hand around all day and take advantage off good people who just want eat in the area is disgusting even worse than Tesco also horrible

Nice fresh priced, tables need a quick wipe down but easily rectified, went in for a breakfast sub but they had no eggs, so I've gone for the steak sandwich on the new menu and it was nicer than expected so can't complain.

Absolute joke so i forgot to put toasted on the app because its so hidden i tried ringing the place for ages and tried uber eats help what a joke what kind of company cant offer customer service what if their was a mistake.

Everyone was hungry so this was the right place to be. Very yummy food. It was delicious, would recommend this as well.
Ordered some nacho chicken bites which I had to toss in the bin as they tasted off. Also had the displeasure of using the bathroom while I was there. Grim. To say it needed a bit of a scrub would be too kind. If given the choice, I would sooner go in the park across the way as it would be more sanitary.

Worried after reading the terrible delivery reviews. However, ordered tonight on justeat and the food was made correctly, early, and well packaged. One star removed as the sandwiches were slightly cold but definitely edible!

Went to Subway this morning for my usual Mega Melt foot long breakfast and its gone upto £5.79. I guess that’s my last breakfast from Subway. Food prices supposed to go down not up. Paying above £5 for a breaky seems very expensive.
