Sam the manager, patronising and rude for absolutely no reason. Asking her which one was which as was ordering three items, spoke like she was talking to a child. Told her to drop the attitude and be friendlier next time but shouldn't be in a customer facing job if she struggles talking to people. Whatever bad day (time of the month) she is going through don't take your anger out on customers sam, this is what happen.

Ordered a Big Bombay. At the cashier asked the guy what I ordered and he says a Big Cheese SteakI say sorry this is not what I ordered and I don’t even know what’s in what tu made. Didn’t say sorry and didn’t propose to change it. Just said it is better taste bro’This guy is rude.The best is when I opened the sandwich to discover nearly an empty sandwich.Will never come back to this Subway but when I read other comments it seems to be normal in this venue.

the 2 stars are for the younger girl that served me. she was soft spoken, working hard, polite, efficient while maintaining good standard, changed her gloves several times even in 5/6 minutes of me being there.the nacho chicken bites were extremely bland, likewise with the cookie. only plus sides were the efficiency of redeeming them and the fact they were free.the older asian male was on a phone call while tending to 2 younger boys on the register. extremely unprofessional to say the least! will not be going back unfortunately.

They don’t accept the voucher, against the advertising
Came here to use a voucher which was posted out. I ordered a philly cheese steak 6 inch on cheese and herbs.. she opened the bread then said it's recommended to use only white or brown.. then proceeded to pick white for me.. I said its only a recommendation, i would like the other bread.. she just repeated herself as if I was stupid so I said to do brown.. the filling was a joke.. NEVER get the series sandwich as you dont get to add anything as they seal it up.. they put 3 slices of red peppers on there with the beef and cheese.. it was the most depressing subway I've ever had.. dry bread, hardly any filling, then, they don't take the voucher here so it was £5.89 for a sad beef sandwich.. do not recommended

Came to collect an online order. Witnessed staff ignoring a customer in a wheelchair and talking over him when be tried to customise his order. They then ignored me for a long time before they asked if theuy could help, when I explained I was there for an online order they burst out laughing saying it had been ready ages. Rude and unhelpful, and looking at other reviews this seems pretty standard. As contrast my partner went to KFC in the same food court and despite loads of rude customers their staff kept cool and handled everything brilliantly despite being much, much busier.

I decided to try subway for the first time today, I got an unpleasant experience. I tried ordering two cups of latte, but the lady announced my order to the team and they began laughing. I didn't feel comfortable with the gestures and I will not stop by next time.
