Quite literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The server Ajay showed absolutely no interest in being there or serving us. Now I can understand if there's a big queue or it's the busy lunchtime rush, but the place is dead and we turned up at 14:30.The attitude on Ajay is appalling and to make it worse they didn't even have any lettuce. Can never fault the food because its Subway and a good sandwich always slaps but my god someone check on Ajay man he's one bad sandwich way from crying.

So so so rude.Ajay the person serving us was incredibly ignorant. He got the order wrong completely ignored us when we were talking.Bad customer service. Food was pretty bad too. Standards have severely lowered. Would NOT recommend to anyone.I would never ever come here again after this.

Rude customer service from the server he was offended when I asked him for extra gherkin in subway I’m used to having it my way and I like the sandwich the way I liked it but it seemed like he was just having a bad day I didn’t appreciate the customer service really poor

Upon receiving our order my partner was half way through eating his and there was a HAIR in the sandwich ? it's certainly not any of ours and maybe they need to practice food hygiene. NEVER AGAIN
I went in the morning to grab a bmt and the women that was working there was extremely rude. She did not care about the customers. I go there nearly everyday and the lads that work there are extremely nice and polite but that women needs to get fired.

Ordered meatball marinara for delivery ..I asked for extra cheese and sauces ..i got one bit of cheddar cheese on middle meatball and just mayo spread thinly ..that was it ..I'm fuming....if I hadn't asked for extra there would be nothing but tomato sauce and meatballs
