Can I just say Malaika is possibly the greatest customer service individual I have ever come across.From the moment I entered the building she greeted me with a smile and an atmosphere that made me feel like I was on cloud 9.She deserves all great things that come to her!

Haven’t been to subway in years but I had a voucher and saw a small money saving opportunity.There’s typically 2-3 people working behind the counter in a subway but we only had the 1 chap and it was clearly too much work for 1 person to do. It took ages.The sandwich was also disappointing, I won’t be returning to subway for a long time.

Order a collection through just eat get to the store to collect thay say thay didn't have things in stock and just eat will refund me got in touch with just eat and there customer service is Terrible saying I should of checked the order I did and subway told me there was things missing as thay had no stock and advised me thay couldn't refund me so now I'm out of pocket and didn't get all my food

i ordered a sandwich and asked for it with vegan cheese instead of normal because i am allergic to dairy, the guy who made me sandwich gave me regular cheese. while I was eating I started to feel stomach pains and then I asked for confirmation that I had been given the vegan option but this was not the case. all i got was an "sorry". I recommend Subway to take people to work who at least understand English. I will never go back

AC is always on and its nice n cool in there. I feel relaxed, makes me happy, and look forward to building my own lunch. Nice Queens and Bronx Bridges and maps within two pictures on the wall. Nice and clean. 10/10

Another improved rating for Subway on Deansgate, it is quickly becoming one of the branches of my favourite they have in the city, the staff members are all super friendly, especially Frank (I hope that's correct), and another friendly guy (I can't recall his name), they've begun to remember my order, and they're always super friendly, providing service with a smile. I do find the gluten-free bread to be slightly smaller, so doesn't always hold the fillings well, but that's an issue with any Subway I've visited, while it still tastes dry, it can taste pretty good as long as you order a wet filling, which is why I love tuna, ham and cheese toasted. Do check opening hours before visiting, as the ones listed on the Subway website can often be wrong on holidays, for example, they were listed as open and taking orders on the app on New Years Day, despite being openly closed (signs in the window etc)

Having recently beginning to stock gluten free bread, this branch appears to never have any. I am finding that the staff do not want to go downstairs to get the bread or are just not aware of this in the first place. I have been gluten intolerant for 10 years and was excited to go to my local branch to try a sandwich for the first time in 10 years however the customer service here appears to be at an all time low.
