My partner and I chose Tattu for our fourth-anniversary celebration and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was truly exceptional, with each dish presented in an tasteful manner and delivering exquisite flavours that impressed us. The restaurant's decor and ambiance added to the special atmosphere of the evening. However, we did encounter a minor bump in our otherwise smooth evening. While relishing our meal, an incident occurred. The table staff seated a couple accompanied by a toddler at the adjacent table. While we hold deep respect for family dining, the unexpected presence of a child in such an intimate dining setting felt like an intrusion that was unappreciated. Considering the premium we paid to savor an exceptional meal and celebrate our special occasion, the intrusion was unappreciated.Despite this, our time at Tattu was memorable. The artful presentation and outstanding taste of the dishes, along with the restaurant's overall ambiance, made it a notable anniversary dinner.

Really delicious food with a unique dining experience. The deserts especially are a dramatic work of art. Vegan options pretty limited but tasty. Expensive but great for a special occasion. The staff all make a special effort to chat with guests and gave us a lovely firework and cookie for our wedding anniversary. Our Greek waiter (sadly I can't remember his name) was excellent. I can't remember having a server making so much effort to give my husband and I such a lovely and memorable dining experience. Didn't drink alcohol so can't comment much on the drinks but the cocktails looked lovely. Service charge is included in the bill.Vegetarian options: Vegan options limited but tasty. I'd recommend checking the menu before you go if you are vegan.

What can I say, absolutely blown away by the service, food and atmosphere. This is by far one of the best restaurant experiences I have had to date. Highly recommended, this is an absolute must if you like Chinese food.

We went for our wedding anniversary after my wife wanting to go here for a while. first impression of downstairs was a very nice looking place, we were taken to our table upstairs which was hunched together between all the others there was no room to swing a cat you could see and here everything every table said and did.my seat i had the view of the resteraunt, my wife had the view of a large window and greggs sign.. not very romantic.. we ordered several items of which the only nice and warm dish was crispy squid..we had dim sum selection which looked very nice but each dim sum not tasting of much and the texture of them was not very nice at all, we ordered red belly pork which was not warm at all and very drab looking on little skewers. pak choi again limp cold and lasck luster presentation, beef short rib was ok although very small. the food came out very quick as though it was all just sat in trays in the kitchen waiting to be thrown on a plate on ordering..our waiter was good very polite and attentive, we ate we paid we left, quickest meal weve ever eaten and left feeling very unfulfilled and dissapointed, will not return 100% style over substance...

Had a few issues trying to book online (this was due to our own poor internet connection, nothing to do with the website), so we decided to take a chance and do a walk in. We were lucky and got a table for two! All the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in but the star of the evening was our server Edwin who was friendly, informative, attentive and fun! The food was top notch and the cocktails to die for! We don’t usually visit high end restaurants but we certainly impressed with the whole package here! Make sure you keep Edwin happy as I’m sure a happy Edwin = a happy Manchester Tattu! ❤️❤️ Thank you for making our evening so special ?

Firstly let me say the venue is great, and the staff who served us wonderfully attentive But the food was average, we went as a group of 4 (2 Couples) We each chose the £99 set menu and yes the food was ok but not worth the amount charged The ribs were tiny approx 1 inch long with barely any meat on them which was quite bland The wagu was nice The deserts were more sugar and show than a wow factor But the overall experience was mediocre, which is a shame as we had been wanting to come for a long while, I feel this establishment is trading in its uniqueness, there are better food places for less In fact we have eaten at Michelin restaurants that charge less for far superior food and experience Such a shame

Beautiful resteraunt! Great service! Breathtaking food! I was a little nervous after seeing the prices of food in this place but wanted to try it nonetheless Every bite was a satifying feeling we chose the wave for £79.50 and a couple of cocktails and it was amazing!

Great service from Wei Shen! He explained the menu and made recommendations. The food did not disappoint.

The food, atmosphere and staff were amazing. We ordered the Modern Sharing Menu and every course was delicious. We definitely did not leave hungry. There is a great selection of cocktails that are well presented that add to the whole experience and compliment the food. The only reason I could not give Tattu a rating of five was the cost. Although I appreciate it was a fantastic dinning experience, it is very expensive and would not be a place we would be able to visit on a regular basis.

Amazing experience both for the food and service. We highly recommend the gyoza and cocktails. We were really lucky to have Wei Shen as our waiter, he was so attentive and explained the menu perfectly. He even gave us a surprise to help us celebrate our anniversary!

Booked well in advance our table upstairs in the booths was ready in good time . Great atmosphere and the place was packed. Service as good as it gets, our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The booths were a little dark which made it difficult to see the menu. For the price the portions were a little small , the ribs on the starter menu were cold but the remaining dishes a taste bud delight, even if it was a little dark to see our food. All in all a good experience if not a touch over priced. We enjoyed our evening at Tattu with old friends but wont be rushing back.

We visited as a group of six. The ambience was superb. Classy yet understated. The food was excellent and our waiter Edwin was on another level. His customer service was amazing. He took us on a journey through the menu and his knowledge was exceptional. He was very professional and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. All in all it was a fantastic evening and will most definitely be back.

Seated nearly 40 minutes late (10pm) The broccoli was stone cold and was sent back ….in terms of food quality I found it to be quite poor over cooked fish and fairly average flavours - at fine dining prices the chefs really do need to up their game ! The atmosphere and the bar and waiting staff were however impeccable and so it’s clearly a kitchen/management problem with the overall quality of food getting to the table - a real shame
