Absolute top service from the staff here, especially Olivia who was our main server. Smooth and efficient from being sat down to orders to food arriving etc. All the staff gathered round to sing happy birthday for our 5 year old and gave him a piece of cake with a candle which was lovely. Was just a pleasant visit all round with nothing to fault. And the fact kids eat free was an absolute bonus!

Came today (6th Jan 2024) with my family and it was my sons 5th birthday. What an experience, food was spot on, drinks came quick... And all the staff made my sons birthday great by surprising him with a sing song and cake!.. No gonna lie... Definitely one of the best places I've been to in the last year... We will be back.. Love the staff, the food and the hospitality... Well done all the staff... You were great... You made eating out a great experience for a family.

This evening, just minutes prior to closure, we arrived at the restaurant and inquired if TGIF were still taking orders for food. The host informed the kitchen had been closed, but we were still seated and accomadated regardless of our Impeccably inconvenient timing.The host introduced himself, remained professional, friendly and attentive and taken our orders. Drinks were promptly served and food arrived shortly after. All of our food order (bacon chop, tiger fries, chkn brgr, messy brgr) was to a high quantity, hot and fresh and the staff was patient for us to finish our food.Came on here to share our positive experience after being accomadated when they wasn't necessarily obliged too, but did so anyhow AND with a smile. I am very surprised to see such poor reviews after an incredible experience.This was our first time dining in TGIF and it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely go again.Definitely worth going for those in doubt.
