Really excellent freshly made food. Very busy (but it was a Friday night) yet despite this the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Good value too, especially for the area. Will definitely order again, we were impressed with how tasty the food was and the portion sizes were good.

Southside Bulliez Elite -Iyrah & Skyrah found a little gem treat they love after a long walk on the fields.The friendliness of the owner was so welcoming they’ve asked for more chips tonight lolGreat little place just over the hill of where we live.Looks like we are walking on turn moss again and passing by here.

What can I say. Very poor quality food.Chips £3.40Fish £4.50Fish portion is ridiculously small. Chips portion (large) is a good size. The quality of the potato is very poor. The oil should be fresh (at least on a Friday) dirty oil means dark bitter tasting chips. As a "chippy" you should not get chips wrong. The batter is nice. The staff are great people and have wonderful customer service. Unfortunately the food is very poor.

To read the lot of unsatisfied reviews and I am guite surprised. This place a busy and good little fish and chips bar nothing else noting more.But you can get fresh amazing supper, huge crunchy cod with fresh chips in affordable price.Probably have to wait few minutes because everything made in freshly. But it worth it. Thank you. They made my day.I do recommend for everyone who has realistic expectations ?

One of the few places that proudly advertise that they don’t serve halal food. Luckily for Muslims, my non Muslim friend confirmed we aren’t missing out on much. I saw his chicken kebab which was bland, seasoned with only salt and pepper. I think it made him only want to eat halal, so thanks Supper Bar

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely abysmal service, disgusted at the ‘service’ we received when phoned the restaurant as the delivery driver decided he could not be bothered to turn up. Got told it’s not their problem, and kept speaking in a derogatory way, this is unacceptable and down right rude. Was told the order had been thrown in the bin, and told to go away in a more abusive way. This restaurant does not deserve your service, I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Disgusting. STAY AWAY STAY CLEAR

Reluctant to give a small local business a bad review in case it has any impact on staff long-term. Sad that this place has dipped in quality to the extent it has. It used to be the best chippy in South Manchester. Towards the end of the week particularly the queue would be twenty or thirty deep.It was owned by a Chinese family for years, from when I was a kid until a few years back. They had a big kebab bar, different types of fish, the staff remembered peoples names and orders. It was a real asset to the community.Obviously the world moves on, and I wish the current owners well, but the range is nowhere near as wide as before, the food isn't as good, there doesn't seem to be any camaraderie between staff and customers, and the heart and soul of the place has been sadly lost. Real shame.

I came in today after work and witnessed what only could be described as bullying. By a young girl who worked there and who i assume was the owner, towards a man who you could tell was trying his best. I later found out that this man was only on his third shift. Not only did they try to get the customers to join in the public humiliation of this man, but they treated him so poorly that he walked out (which in this current climate says a lot about how he was treated.) The people i was with and I spoke to the man after who was a very kind, who even after being treated the way he was still said the food was nice (which personally i thought was average.) I am appalled by what i saw today and regrettably didn’t say something at the time, but it’s been 4 hours now and i still cannot comprehend the behaviour of these two people.
